I'd like to log an enhancement request for the Tracking page editor. Currently the section where we add social media connectors is limited in connection options. Specifically for Instagram (which is a really cool feature) the only way to connect is using our own credentials (user name/password login). This is an unacceptable option as it exposes us to being hacked and is a security concern obviously. The better way to do this is via Instagram's API connection: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-platform. Can you please log that as a high priority enhancement request? Should we decided to stay with AfterShip, this will be a critical branding requirement.

We want the feature for referral program page through which we can dedicated referr to the customers and one affiliate program for our influencer through which they can track their progress and commisions.

As a merchant, I would like to charge the cost of return when the shopper chooses to replace the returned item.  aftership Returns provides Stripe checkout only for this scenario, but I don't have a Stripe account, I would like to use my Shopify checkout to charge the exchange upsell and cost of return. So that I don't have to open a Stripe checkout and manage two accounts (Shopify and Stripe checkout) at the same time.

Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. Background: * At the moment, a user with a specific domain can easily create a new organization when creating an account in AfterShip * We don’t indicate to this use that an existing organization is already linked to the same domain This can create confusion when member are trying to get access to an organization proactively (without being added by the current owner) * Hence we end up with support tickets from member not able to get access to their main org. Expectation: * Alert message during new inscription if we identify that the email domain is already used. * Eventually an option to send a request to the owner of the main org. * Possibility to delete the new account to avoid unnecessary org and member creations for our clients. * Could be active only for ENT client if we want to reduce the scope

Would you be able to: 1. Add a functionality that restricts order views based on a ship from location or/or login? We have multiple ship from locations and we are 100% manula orders; it creates confusion when one warehouse sees orders from another warehouse.  2. Have a ship to address book and have that be varied based on ship from locations. We have set ship to locations and it doesnt change often. 

It would be useful to have a Sku column amognst the list when editing the returns dashboard. The image of the item is useful but often the item is enclosed in a boxed which is marked with the sku. Therefore at first glance, the sku is seen before the physical item.

I guess for shipping emails sent out to my customers, it would be nice to have dynamic info that updates as the package progresses through the network. I also want all my existing emails to stay current.   The reason is simply that I wanna give my customers a unified experience by delivering consistent messages to them. I believe this will help with my customer satisfaction.

Hi there, We ship wine, which means orders are often held by our fulfilment center when temperatures along the route are above or below certian threshold we have set. I would like to create a flow that automatically notifies the customer that their order has been flagged for a weather hold and ensures them it is still on the way. Is this possible? Thanks
