We want the ability to display shipping reviews to front end customers/users to give them social proof and increase conversion rates. Fast, cheap, convenient and reliable delivery helps to boost conversion rates, especially when you're entering a new market and trying to build brand awareness/trust. It also helps to get customers who are used to visiting your retail stores to shift to shopping online instead of just going in to a store. Currently, shipping reviews are only available to back end users and internal teams in the aftership portal, but we want to be able to have a customisable widget that we can display on places like the homepage, PDPs, information pages like shipping & delivery info pages etc... We can pick and choose or set up rules to automate showing a handful of reviews related to the shipping customer experience.

Like to set their own “Image not found” image for Products in the Returns Portal. That way, If a Product is not sent to AfterShip with an Image URL, they have an image that looks more branded.   Today, when an item does have an img url, the Return Portal defaults to the missing image icon.   Request - have a function within Return Portal where if any items on my return portal dont have an image URL, it can set to a image that I select instead of defaulting to the standard broken/no image icon.

The website is in dutch but then after login, the portal is in english.

Scenarios 1. We give a customer a partial refund for a coupon code they forgot to enter. This partial refund is currently stopping the customer and us from being able to request a return in Aftership. Please allow an option to make RMA or override in this scenario. 2. (similar to #1) Customer orders multiple items, gets RMA for one item, returns it and is refunded. Now they want to return the other item, however, because there is a refund in Shopify we are not able to open a RMA for the other item because the order shows as returned. Please allow option to make RMA or override in this scenario.  Thank you

The “Back” button on the RC portal is not obvious or prominent enough. It is too hard to find and blends into the page. 

I want to fully customize different free shipping thresholds for different currencies/regions.   This would better compensate for my shipping costs in different currencies and may also increase the order value.

Good morning, It would be incredibly useful to enhance the WooCommerce plugin by adding a button to the Orders section for each completed order. This button would allow customers to directly view the shipping status and the various stages leading up to delivery on the store’s website. Would you be able to: 1. Add a functionality that restricts order views based on a ship from location or/or login? We have multiple ship from locations and we are 100% manula orders; it creates confusion when one warehouse sees orders from another warehouse.  2. Have a ship to address book and have that be varied based on ship from locations. We have set ship to locations and it doesnt change often. 

Our warehouse needs to know how many returns were requested on a daily basis so they can plan their resources accordingly. but it is not an option for now. It would be nice if we could build our own reports and schedule it.
