On the tracking dashboard customers/users need to be able to click to grab, then drag and drop the order we desire our packages to be in.

We want the ability to display shipping reviews to front end customers/users to give them social proof and increase conversion rates. Fast, cheap, convenient and reliable delivery helps to boost conversion rates, especially when you're entering a new market and trying to build brand awareness/trust. It also helps to get customers who are used to visiting your retail stores to shift to shopping online instead of just going in to a store. Currently, shipping reviews are only available to back end users and internal teams in the aftership portal, but we want to be able to have a customisable widget that we can display on places like the homepage, PDPs, information pages like shipping & delivery info pages etc... We can pick and choose or set up rules to automate showing a handful of reviews related to the shipping customer experience.

Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. My idea is that when a shipment comes in from China to America,instead of each parcel going right to LAX through customs,each one should go to it's respective state and provence,every state has a sorting and customs center,it would just make it easier to make one stop instead of two or three on the way to the packages final point of delivery,

There's quite a few couriers where the 'View on Carrier Website' doesn't take you directly to the trracking page, and instead requires you to enter the tracking number.  These can be easily fixed by correcting the URL.   For example, for Cainiao the link takes you to; https://global.cainiao.com/   This needs correcting to; https://global.cainiao.com/newDetail.htm?mailNoList=   Please submit any further examples below.

Titles should update with count of items in the section so you know it's updating and should be clicked on.

The ability to see how much it cost per tracking label for the carrier, alongside all the other analytics would be beneficial to business operations.   Having “cost” as a piece of data collect and display in analytics will help us make larger business decisions when it comes to choice of carrier preferences to know which carrier is best to work with in the long run. I believe this feature will be great value add to Aftership as well!

Enable merchants to customize the duration before an RMA is automatically canceled. Currently, the system only allows for auto-cancellation after 28 days of inactivity. To better suit our company's needs, we would like the option to extend this period.

The website is in dutch but then after login, the portal is in english.
