When a warranty is approved, you can choose to include an label. In the “Warranty claim approved” email, there is no ability to account for this decision. We would need to add an ability to have wording around a label being included as well as a label not being included. Below is an example email we have now.   Two ways this could be addressed: 1. Split this notification into 2 notifications: “Warranty claim approved - with label” and “Warranty claim approved - no label”. 2. Add Flows to Warranties with Split functionality for generated labels.

I work in the furniture industry with thousands of products and continuous new product listings.   Consumers often inquire about variations in materials and sizes between similar pieces of furniture, placing a significant burden on my support team. Generating comparison pages for every query we receive is unfeasible due to the volume of requests.   Given the potential of AI to suggest comparable items, could it also be leveraged to pinpoint disparities among products and present these distinctions to consumers? The background is that I sell my products on multiple marketplaces, and each has different return flows that the aftership Returns page cannot handle. It would be much easier if there is a Returns API that can meet my requirements below.   Need: - I need a Returns API to allow creating RMA/return requests without having to use the Returns Page to file it.  - I can call the API and pass the information regarding the Return Reason Resolution, etc in one go.  - Once I call this API, it will return creation in Pending or Auto-Approved Status.

I am using the API for Zoho Inventory integration with Aftership. I would like the items on the shipping order of Zoho Inventory displayed on the shipment items of the email notifications to my customers. The shipments are created within Zoho Inventory and tracked by Aftership.

I don't want to sync my email, so it would be great to be able to add a record for items that I've ordered but haven't shipped yet. I can then edit/update the shipment when the tracking number is available. 

We are a worldwide dropshipping service catering to e-commerce entrepreneurs. Merchants can design and market personalized products through us, setting prices and choosing their sales platforms from our integrated e-commerce options.   Once merchants place orders, we will handle the manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipping logistics to consumers.   When I am using Aftership for tracking, I want to enable my premium customers (merchants) with the ability to customize white label branded tracking pages and possibly an API to create them (since they won't have access to Aftership admin, and it would be impossible for me to maintain all tracking pages for them).   So that I can add this ability as part of the product & service package for my main customers (merchants), which creates more value for my business.
