Can we get an option to automatically restock the item based on resolution, not just when received. We still need to process, and inspect the item before we issue the refund, and we can't have our inventory adjusted upon recept. Thanks!

I want to fully customize different free shipping thresholds for different currencies/regions.   This would better compensate for my shipping costs in different currencies and may also increase the order value.

There should be an option to send at least all email notifications to one email address, such as a shared folder, each time a shipment has an action. Using a webhook should not be the only option. Many companies would like this option in conjuntion with an M365 automation to create MS teams messages etc for internal use.

Currently it's possible to view returns analytics only per 1 store at a time. It would be great to be able to select multiple stores and have a consolidated view on returns. 

Enable merchants to customize the duration before an RMA is automatically canceled. Currently, the system only allows for auto-cancellation after 28 days of inactivity. To better suit our company's needs, we would like the option to extend this period.

Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. Currently, when a shipping label is voided and a new label is created for an order, the customer-facing AfterShip tracking dashboard continues to show the tracking information associated with the original, voided label rather than the new, active label. This results in customers seeing outdated or incorrect tracking information, even though a valid replacement label has been generated. We would like AfterShip to automatically update the tracking dashboard to reflect the most recent active shipping label whenever a previous label is voided and replaced, ensuring customers always have access to accurate tracking information for their orders.

On the tracking dashboard customers/users need to be able to click to grab, then drag and drop the order we desire our packages to be in.
