We want the feature for referral program page through which we can dedicated referr to the customers and one affiliate program for our influencer through which they can track their progress and commisions.

As a user, I'd like the ability to pull in tracking numbers to my dashboard by parcel account number so that I can view all shipments assigned to a specific or multiple parcel accounts.   For example I have 10 parcel accounts (4 with DHL and 6 with FedEx). I'd like the ability to utilize the parcel account number(s) instead of the API to pull in tracking associated with my parcel accounts.

I want to be able to show values and total value of anything that is currently in transit, out for delivery and delivered so i can manage my insurance process of total value out at a given time 

So, as a seller who often runs campaigns, I would love to have a cool discount setup that can be customized based on how customers behave.   For example, I could keep discounts hidden for shoppers with shopping carts over $1,000 but display them for those who have smaller carts, so that they would shop more to get a better discount.   This strategy can be effectively applied to our product recommendations, enhancing conversion rates and boosting average order values.

The current OpenGraph meta preview generated by AfterShip's referral link system is unacceptable. We run a professional e-commerce business in South Africa selling premium seat covers, yet the influencer link preview looks like a child’s sticker book. Confetti, a USD coupon graphic, and a generic "Get special offers" line? Completely irrelevant, off-brand, and frankly embarrassing when shared by influencers. This isn’t just a design problem. It reflects poorly on our business when our partners share this link on Facebook and social platforms. It gives the impression of an unprofessional or scammy brand — damaging our credibility and costing us leads. We don’t even use USD as our currency. Why are you pushing American coupon-style banners to international stores?

As a merchant, I allow shoppers to exchange items for different variants during returns, which may have different prices. For example, a Small size costs $30 while a Large size costs $50.   Currently, Shopify allows me to adjust prices manually only after the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is submitted. If aftership could facilitate charging or refunding price differences for variants during the return request process, it would greatly streamline our operations and enhancing the overall efficiency of RMA management.

Suggestion: Add Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) Support for Malaysia   Hi,   I would like to suggest adding Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) as a supported courier/carrier on your app and website.   Lazada Express is the official delivery courier used by Lazada in Malaysia, similar to how SPX Express / Shopee Express is the official courier for Shopee. Many Lazada shipments in Malaysia are handled by LEX, so having direct tracking support would be very useful for Malaysian users.   The official LEX Malaysia tracking website is: https://lex.com.my/   For testing purposes, you can use these example tracking numbers:   LXST191548638MY MYMPA257159996   I hope you can consider implementing Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) support soon. As Lazada is widely used in Malaysia, I believe many users would appreciate being able to add and track their LEX shipments directly through your app and website instead of having to visit the LEX website separately.   Thank you for considering this suggestion. Perhaps with Aftership Reviews, we could set a custom rule where if the transit time is exceeds X days, the platform won't initiate reviews.
