We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! Most major carriers already provide an estimated delivery date/time as part of their tracking data, but this isn't currently surfaced in the app. Context: Customers tracking a shipment want to know when it will arrive, not just its current status. Right now they have to infer this themselves or check the carrier's own site separately. Issue to address: Add a field that displays the carrier's estimated delivery date (and time window, where the carrier provides one) on the tracking/order page. This would reduce "where is my order" support inquiries and improve the post-purchase experience. Suggestion: Pull the estimated delivery data from carriers that already expose it via their APIs, and display it prominently near the shipment status.

Hello,  We currently use AfterShip Feed to connect our Amazon Seller account to TikTok Shop. But it would be fantastic to be able to also connect with Walmart Seller's MCF. It would allow even greater reach of products on more sales channels.

When exporting, it would be handy if there was a third Data Format option.  In addition to Standard and Custom, something like “Same as current display” or something like that.  An option that would create the csv or xlsx file with the same columns in the same order that are displayed in the current view on the web page. I find myself adding or removing columns in the dashboard in order to see what I want to look at but, if I want to then export it, I need to either recreate the view again in the export wizard (which isn’t always even possible) or export it standard and move stuff around in excel. 

GM is there a way to close an exception order rather than a total delete?

FedEx has master tracking numbers which can have multiple tracking numbers under 1 tracking numbers. I'd like to be able to add a group of numbers to a group, or master number, and it should be collapsable so I can open it and look at all attached tracking numbers. 

The website is in dutch but then after login, the portal is in english.

We should be able to update the email address on the returns and warranty pages in case the cx is unable to access the default email.

Show all packages to a us zip code

Would like to be able to display any discount received, from the orginal order, on the product selection page in the warranty portal. If possible, the discount code that was used as well. Important: Discount amount and discount code should show in the AfterShip admin portal.
