I want to fully customize different free shipping thresholds for different currencies/regions.   This would better compensate for my shipping costs in different currencies and may also increase the order value.

There's quite a few couriers where the 'View on Carrier Website' doesn't take you directly to the trracking page, and instead requires you to enter the tracking number.  These can be easily fixed by correcting the URL.   For example, for Cainiao the link takes you to; https://global.cainiao.com/   This needs correcting to; https://global.cainiao.com/newDetail.htm?mailNoList=   Please submit any further examples below.

Currently it's possible to view returns analytics only per 1 store at a time. It would be great to be able to select multiple stores and have a consolidated view on returns. 

Honestly, this would help us to ease our shoppers through possible delays proactively.

Titles should update with count of items in the section so you know it's updating and should be clicked on.

Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. We want to refer to the customer's username when packing the order. Right now, to do this, we need to download the tiktok orders, connect them to the shopify order number via the tiktok order in the notes field and then connect that to the order number in shipbob.   If we had the username in shopify, we could eliminate the step where we have to connect tiktok to shopify.

The “Back” button on the RC portal is not obvious or prominent enough. It is too hard to find and blends into the page.
