The “Back” button on the RC portal is not obvious or prominent enough. It is too hard to find and blends into the page.

Feature Request: Add "GLS Canada" to Enhanced MPS Visibility Supported List
Hieu Huynh
January 22, 2026 at 9:41 am
1. What is the context?
* We are currently a Premium plan subscriber operating a high-volume merchant shipping 68% of our Canadian orders via GLS Canada. We are looking to utilize the Enhanced MPS Visibility feature to improve our customer experience.
* Currently, your documentation lists carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL as supported for MPS, but GLS Canada is excluded. When we contacted support, we were told this is due to "carrier limitations.
2. What issue do you want to address?
We believe the "carrier limitation" rationale may be outdated or incorrect because AfterShip is already successfully pulling data for GLS child packages.
* Evidence: On GLS Canada tracking number P97186751, AfterShip retrieves events for both Package 1 (Delivered Nov 21) and Package 2 (Delivered Nov 19).
* The Problem: Because GLS Canada is not on your "Supported Carriers" list for MPS logic, your system aggregates these distinct events into a single "scrambled" timeline instead of separating them into tabs.
* The Gap: The data exists in your system; the parsing logic to separate "Master" vs. "Child" is simply missing for this specific carrier.
3. What outcome do you expect?
* We request that the product team add GLS Canada to the Enhanced MPS Visibility supported carrier list
* We need the system to recognize the child packages it is already detecting and display them in separate tabs (Piece 1, Piece 2), just as it does for FedEx or UPS.
4. Who will benefit from your idea?
* Merchants: This allows Canadian merchants to use your Enterprise MPS features for their dominant carrier, reducing support tickets regarding "confusing" status updates.
* AfterShip: It improves the value of your Enterprise plan for the Canadian market by supporting the region's major logistics provider.

Free shipping thresholds customization
Avery Bailey

I want to fully customize different free shipping thresholds for different currencies/regions.
This would better compensate for my shipping costs in different currencies and may also increase the order value.

Allow order editing permissions to be configured per country
Roqeeb Olaniyi
September 15, 2026 at 10:42 pm
We'd like the ability to restrict which order-editing options are available on a per-country basis, rather than applying the same set of options globally.
Many merchants work with regional checkout or fulfillment partners (e.g. Global-E) that prohibit certain order changes after an order is placed in specific countries. For example, a merchant might need to limit editing to only "apply discount code" and "cancel order" for a subset of countries, while keeping the full set of editing options available everywhere else.
Being able to configure order-editing permissions by country/region would help merchants stay compliant with regional partner restrictions without giving up flexibility in other markets.

Exclude specific products from exchange eligibility in the "Shop Now" (exchange on your own website) flow
Roqeeb Olaniyi
August 22, 2026 at 1:14 am
What is the context
When using AfterShip Returns with the "Shop Now" / "exchange for anything" option that redirects customers to shop on the merchant's own store, customers can select any product available on the store as their exchange item.
What issue do you want to address?
There is currently no way to exclude specific products from being selectable as exchange items in this flow. The existing exclusion controls (the block list and excluding products from recommendations via product tags) only apply when AfterShip is recommending products or when "Exchange on AfterShip returns page" is selected. When customers shop directly on the merchant's own website via "Shop Now," these exclusions do not apply, so restricted products remain selectable. This allows customers to exchange low-value items for high-value products, resulting in margin loss and exchange abuse. The only current workaround, switching to "Exchange on AfterShip returns page," removes the on-store shopping experience the merchant wants to keep.
What outcome do you expect?
The ability to exclude specific products from being eligible exchange items while still using the "Shop Now" flow where customers shop on the merchant's own website. Ideally the exclusion could be defined by SKU, in addition to collection or product tag, since some merchants do not have the relevant products grouped in a collection and may not have access to create collections in Shopify.
Who will benefit from your idea?
Merchants using the "Shop Now" exchange flow who need to prevent certain products from being selected as exchange items, protecting their margins and preventing exchange abuse while preserving the branded on-site shopping experience during exchanges.

How to Automatically Change Order Status to "Completed" with AfterShip in WooCommerce?
Luis Melchor
December 16, 2024 at 8:50 pm
I want the order status to automatically change to "Completed" when the tracking code is entered in the AfterShip plugin in WooCommerce. Is it possible to achieve this through the plugin settings, or is there a snippet that can help me make it happen?

Allow AfterShip customers to remove emails from the Unsubscribe list
Jim McGregor
January 23, 2025 at 4:07 pm
I have had customers who have accidently unsubscribed themselves from receiving AfterShip emails. I can see them in the Unsubscribe list, but I cannot remove them. Please add a feature that would allow AfterShip administrators to remove emails from the Unsubscribe list. Currently this process has to be done by the AfterShip tech team. By making this a self-service feature, you will reduce the labor required by the AfterShip team and make the product more efficient.

Missing pin feature
Nishant Dhiman
August 14, 2026 at 4:43 am
Image 1 — Shipment Selection & Pin Icon Behavior (pictures attached)
When selecting shipments, the Pin icon should remain clean, clear, and fully visible when up to three shipments are selected.
Once the user selects more than three shipments, the Pin icon should become visually disabled—either blurred, faded, or hidden—to clearly communicate that the action is unavailable.
Please also indicate where the attached reference image should appear in relation to the Pin icon so that its placement and visual hierarchy are clear.
Image 2 — Pin Option Within the Shipment Menu (pictures attached)
When the user opens any shipment and clicks the three-dot (⋮) menu, the following options should be displayed:
1:- Edit Shipment
2:- Mark as Delivered
3:- Pin at Top
4:- Delete
The Pin at Top option should be presented as a polished, intuitive action within the existing menu, maintaining a premium and consistent user experience.
Thanks and Regards

Tracking dynamic updates for Emails
Sophia Anderson
March 8, 2024 at 3:29 pm
I guess for shipping emails sent out to my customers, it would be nice to have dynamic info that updates as the package progresses through the network. I also want all my existing emails to stay current.
The reason is simply that I wanna give my customers a unified experience by delivering consistent messages to them. I believe this will help with my customer satisfaction.
