I would find it very useful if I could pull the SMS communication metadata using an API. Currently it is only available as a download from the portal which makes automation impossible.

The same videos are displayed to shoppers on my collection page or recommendation widgets. I want greater exposure to alternative products and videos, but selecting which ones to display and updating them regularly feels overwhelming.   Furthermore, testing to determine which video garners the most traffic is even more challenging. I have no idea if my efforts will result in sales. If only there is a tool could help!

Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. Support setting the total number of emails that can be sent by each contact within a certain period of time (frequency), including flows and newsletters.   I aim to reduce interruptions for my customers while still capturing important messages, which is why I am seeking more flexibility in the configurations.

My idea is that when a shipment comes in from China to America,instead of each parcel going right to LAX through customs,each one should go to it's respective state and provence,every state has a sorting and customs center,it would just make it easier to make one stop instead of two or three on the way to the packages final point of delivery,

There's quite a few couriers where the 'View on Carrier Website' doesn't take you directly to the trracking page, and instead requires you to enter the tracking number.  These can be easily fixed by correcting the URL.   For example, for Cainiao the link takes you to; https://global.cainiao.com/   This needs correcting to; https://global.cainiao.com/newDetail.htm?mailNoList=   Please submit any further examples below.

On the tracking dashboard customers/users need to be able to click to grab, then drag and drop the order we desire our packages to be in.
