"By Carrier & Lane" Report

Aria Hughes
April 14, 2024 at 5:59 pm
As a merchant, I would like to break down the shipping volume report by Carrier and Lane. Currently, it can be broken down by only one condition.   This would allow us to understand how a carrier is performing in a specific market.

For instance, customers can quickly locate reviews based on size, incorporate images and videos, consider age, product characteristics, and the reviewer's recommendation status.

Custom RMA Cancellation Timeframe

Abby Hatchimonji
March 11, 2025 at 8:33 pm
Enable merchants to customize the duration before an RMA is automatically canceled. Currently, the system only allows for auto-cancellation after 28 days of inactivity. To better suit our company's needs, we would like the option to extend this period.

Allowing customers to fill out the form directly within the email

Savannah Diaz
January 11, 2024 at 12:32 am
I hope to insert a form in the email, allowing customers to fill out the form directly within the email.   For example, if there are some events or new product launches, I would like to invite users to participate and collect information on whether they are interested or not.

Voided Label Update

TYLER'S Website Support
October 14, 2026 at 7:26 pm
Currently, when a shipping label is voided and a new label is created for an order, the customer-facing AfterShip tracking dashboard continues to show the tracking information associated with the original, voided label rather than the new, active label. This results in customers seeing outdated or incorrect tracking information, even though a valid replacement label has been generated. We would like AfterShip to automatically update the tracking dashboard to reflect the most recent active shipping label whenever a previous label is voided and replaced, ensuring customers always have access to accurate tracking information for their orders.

Support for new carrier: Australia Post MyPost Business

Josiah Seminario
October 19, 2026 at 11:21 pm
Would love to see carrier support added for MyPost Business by Australia Post.  This is already an integration in ShipStation, Starshipit and Shopify - it would be a valuable addition to Aftership Shipping and Aftership Returns.

There should be an option to just cancel the return without rejecting it.  Sometimes client decide to bring it to a store after doing the initial return.

Support "not-for-sale products" listing

Henry Baker
June 15, 2024 at 10:47 am
That would be great if Feed could accommodate the listing of "not-for-sale products" on TTS. This feature is newly introduced in TTS, where the product is not for sale to shoppers but will be gifted to them instead.

Customized returns notifications

Shane Fernandes
October 30, 2024 at 6:00 am
The current capability features a static returns approval notification. There are instances where the approval notification should be customized before being sent to the customer. Currently, the only way of doing this is to change the approval notification for all returns, save, go back to the RMA in question, approve it with the new notification, make sure no other returns are approved, go back to the nofication and amend it to how it was prior and save.   Use case: there may be a specific product that is available for exchange in store, this needs to be checked with the store first so cannot be a hard rule. If the approval notification could be amended on an adhoc basis, you could give the customer the option at the point of approval and avoid back and forth via email.
