Please add the shipping company ACI EXPRESS, which is based in South Korea. They have partnerships with multiple overseas shipping companies, and a lot of merchandise is being shipped through ACI Express to the USA and the Middle East, especially after the implementation of tariffs in the USA.

As a merchant, I allow shoppers to exchange items for different variants during returns, which may have different prices. For example, a Small size costs $30 while a Large size costs $50.   Currently, Shopify allows me to adjust prices manually only after the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is submitted. If aftership could facilitate charging or refunding price differences for variants during the return request process, it would greatly streamline our operations and enhancing the overall efficiency of RMA management.

There should be an option to just cancel the return without rejecting it.  Sometimes client decide to bring it to a store after doing the initial return. 

Support setting the total number of emails that can be sent by each contact within a certain period of time (frequency), including flows and newsletters.   I aim to reduce interruptions for my customers while still capturing important messages, which is why I am seeking more flexibility in the configurations.

Some customers enter +1 before their phone number when requesting a return or exchange. This causes the shipping label to fail to generate and creates frustration for the customer and extra work for me. I would like the system to correct the phone number to allow successful label generation.

Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. Add the ability to block a return and direct the customer to the warranty portal. Bonus if you could log the customer in and auto fill information.   Potential Mockup Potential User Experience

Seems like a basic thing, but when I have an enhancement I'd like to submit, I want to ensure I don't duplicate someone else's submission.  Obviously that's why there is an 'upvote' button.  The only way to determine if there is something worth upvoting is to scroll through the entire list from top to bottom.

Please let me hide the ad carousel, I am happy to pay subscription or whatever to disable it. Thanks
