Expose an REST API for creating Warranty Claims.

As a merchant, I would like to break down the shipping volume report by Carrier and Lane. Currently, it can be broken down by only one condition.   This would allow us to understand how a carrier is performing in a specific market.

I am utilizing Smile to develop the Reward program for our business. This year, I aim to motivate members to increase their reviews by integrating Reviews into the reward system as bonus incentives. This will allow our members to accumulate extra points by sharing feedback for their purchases.

I would like to include the RMA number barcode on the returns label. This way, upon receiving the returns label at my warehouse, I can simply scan the barcode to retrieve the RMA number. Subsequently, I can use this number to efficiently locate the corresponding RMA information within the returns system. This process will significantly enhance the operational efficiency of our RMA procedures.

Instead of directly integrating Aftership with Gmail, I would like to send my emails with package information to an aftership email address associated with my account, for aftership to parse and automatically show tracking information. 

Hi, The data when the shipment is created at the carrier is important for shipment analysis. Example:  Info received   Shipment information received DHL Express Mar 25, 2025 at 12:01 pm

I see that Aftership is already having public api end points available for tracking and returns. i would like to have similar one for reviews.

We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! Perhaps with Aftership Reviews, we could set a custom rule where if the transit time is exceeds X days, the platform won't initiate reviews.

Our warehouse needs to know how many returns were requested on a daily basis so they can plan their resources accordingly. but it is not an option for now. It would be nice if we could build our own reports and schedule it.
