We'd like the ability to restrict which order-editing options are available on a per-country basis, rather than applying the same set of options globally.   Many merchants work with regional checkout or fulfillment partners (e.g. Global-E) that prohibit certain order changes after an order is placed in specific countries. For example, a merchant might need to limit editing to only "apply discount code" and "cancel order" for a subset of countries, while keeping the full set of editing options available everywhere else.   Being able to configure order-editing permissions by country/region would help merchants stay compliant with regional partner restrictions without giving up flexibility in other markets.

Currently you can manually refund the shipping fee in the admin manually, but would like the ability for it to be automatic.

I would like to view the chart showing reasons for late shipments in the current on-time report that I am using.

Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. So, as a seller who often runs campaigns, I would love to have a cool discount setup that can be customized based on how customers behave.   For example, I could keep discounts hidden for shoppers with shopping carts over $1,000 but display them for those who have smaller carts, so that they would shop more to get a better discount.   This strategy can be effectively applied to our product recommendations, enhancing conversion rates and boosting average order values.

Honestly, this would help us to ease our shoppers through possible delays proactively.

As a merchant, I allow shoppers to exchange items for different variants during returns, which may have different prices. For example, a Small size costs $30 while a Large size costs $50.   Currently, Shopify allows me to adjust prices manually only after the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is submitted. If aftership could facilitate charging or refunding price differences for variants during the return request process, it would greatly streamline our operations and enhancing the overall efficiency of RMA management.

Would you be able to: 1. Add a functionality that restricts order views based on a ship from location or/or login? We have multiple ship from locations and we are 100% manula orders; it creates confusion when one warehouse sees orders from another warehouse.  2. Have a ship to address book and have that be varied based on ship from locations. We have set ship to locations and it doesnt change often.
