Items + return reasons are not clearly highlighted/shown as selected, during the Return Request flow on the RC portal.    Request: During the return flow more clearly define that an item/return resolution is selected. i.e. have text say “Selected” or have the box change colour when an item/resolution is selected beyond just the black box.

This button would allow customers to directly view the shipping status and the various stages leading up to delivery on the store’s website. For those managing e-commerce platforms, keeping users on the site is crucial. That’s why this feature would be so beneficial! Suggestion: Add Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) Support for Malaysia   Hi,   I would like to suggest adding Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) as a supported courier/carrier on your app and website.   Lazada Express is the official delivery courier used by Lazada in Malaysia, similar to how SPX Express / Shopee Express is the official courier for Shopee. Many Lazada shipments in Malaysia are handled by LEX, so having direct tracking support would be very useful for Malaysian users.   The official LEX Malaysia tracking website is: https://lex.com.my/   For testing purposes, you can use these example tracking numbers:   LXST191548638MY MYMPA257159996   I hope you can consider implementing Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) support soon. I want to be able to show values and total value of anything that is currently in transit, out for delivery and delivered so i can manage my insurance process of total value out at a given time 

Titles should update with count of items in the section so you know it's updating and should be clicked on.

Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. I would find it very useful if I could pull the SMS communication metadata using an API. Currently it is only available as a download from the portal which makes automation impossible.

We should be able to update the email address on the returns and warranty pages in case the cx is unable to access the default email.
