Image 1 — Shipment Selection & Pin Icon Behavior (pictures attached) When selecting shipments, the Pin icon should remain clean, clear, and fully visible when up to three shipments are selected. Once the user selects more than three shipments, the Pin icon should become visually disabled—either blurred, faded, or hidden—to clearly communicate that the action is unavailable. When exporting, it would be handy if there was a third Data Format option.  In addition to Standard and Custom, something like “Same as current display” or something like that.  An option that would create the csv or xlsx file with the same columns in the same order that are displayed in the current view on the web page. I find myself adding or removing columns in the dashboard in order to see what I want to look at but, if I want to then export it, I need to either recreate the view again in the export wizard (which isn’t always even possible) or export it standard and move stuff around in excel. 

Would be a great feature if there was a link to the returns status page within the returns dashboard.   And if this link can be easily copied so we can share to the end consumer if they call through the contact center/help, then our agents can quickly copy the link and then email/share to the end consumer

We should be able to update the email address on the returns and warranty pages in case the cx is unable to access the default email.

Some customers enter +1 before their phone number when requesting a return or exchange. This causes the shipping label to fail to generate and creates frustration for the customer and extra work for me. I would like the system to correct the phone number to allow successful label generation.

As a merchant, I aim to provide Aftership with supplementary shipping documents for the creation of shipping labels. By submitting these additional documents to Aftership, they can be forwarded to the carrier during the label creation process within the carrier's system.   These shipping labels and accompanying documents are essential for shipping activities, particularly for cross-border customs declaration purposes.

We are able to retrieve shipping rates for each carrier, but we would also like customs clearance fees and other charges available through each carrier’s API to be integrated via API as well. This is especially important for DDP shipments. Some information that can be retrieved through the carrier APIs cannot be retrieved through AfterShip, which means we would need to connect to each carrier’s API separately.
