The same videos are displayed to shoppers on my collection page or recommendation widgets. I want greater exposure to alternative products and videos, but selecting which ones to display and updating them regularly feels overwhelming.   Furthermore, testing to determine which video garners the most traffic is even more challenging. I have no idea if my efforts will result in sales. If only there is a tool could help!

When exporting, it would be handy if there was a third Data Format option.  In addition to Standard and Custom, something like “Same as current display” or something like that.  An option that would create the csv or xlsx file with the same columns in the same order that are displayed in the current view on the web page. I find myself adding or removing columns in the dashboard in order to see what I want to look at but, if I want to then export it, I need to either recreate the view again in the export wizard (which isn’t always even possible) or export it standard and move stuff around in excel. 

When I receive tracking from suppliers, I add manually to AfterShip.  Usually there's more than 1 tracking number, for the same courier, so it would be great to able to add multiple tracking numbers at the same time as comma separated.   When clicking Save, it would then use all the information entered, for example; Customer name, order number etc etc.   Below example for tracking number 123456789 and 987654321

Integration of Sharetown to schedule pickups of items being returned. The process involves Sharetown picking up items directly from the customer's doorstep without the need for packaging. Once the items are picked up, Sharetown will resell the items through their channels and provide business with an agreed-upon gain-share payback based on the resale price.   Key Requirements: No label generation is needed as Sharetown will handle the pickup. A system integration will be needed to push the return data to Sharetown as a pickup request in their system. Sharetown will manage the logistics and resale of the items.

I would like to include the RMA number barcode on the returns label. This way, upon receiving the returns label at my warehouse, I can simply scan the barcode to retrieve the RMA number. Subsequently, I can use this number to efficiently locate the corresponding RMA information within the returns system. I have had customers who have accidently unsubscribed themselves from receiving AfterShip emails. I can see them in the Unsubscribe list, but I cannot remove them. Please add a feature that would allow AfterShip administrators to remove emails from the Unsubscribe list. Currently this process has to be done by the AfterShip tech team. By making this a self-service feature, you will reduce the labor required by the AfterShip team and make the product more efficient.
