Currently the aftership is one way communication making it diffucult for business to see integrated full status at one place again when customer login to their shopify page they see status of item still on the way as shopify stops at fullfilled stge. Though the track order option by Aftership is good it is still a bad customer experience.

It would be incredibly helpful if there was a way to export the shipping data from the phone app. It would be extremely simple and improve the apps usefuleness.    It would also be incredibly helpful if there was a way to have the phone app on the computer. I know the browser version is different and designed for merchants while the phone app is designed for recipients. But, it would be easy to create a aftership.com/recipients version of the app on the computer that just syncs the shipments across devices. 

The problem: We can't process a return without the item's serial number, and many merchants selling electronics, equipment or warranty-backed products are in the same position. The only option today is to make comments required on every return reason. Customers can type anything to get past it, so our team still has to chase missing or wrong serial numbers by hand, which slows down refunds for everyone. The request: Let merchants add custom fields for each item on the returns page, with: The option to make a field required before the return can be submitted Why it matters: Correct information at the point of submission means fewer bad returns, less admin, quicker refunds and happier customers. It also makes AfterShip Returns a better fit for any brand that tracks returns by serial number, IMEI or batch code.

 I just started using the app today and overall I do like it, but I have a few minor suggestions. 1. A compact mode: right now the list of tracking numbers/packages is very spread out. Consolidating it would make it look cleaner, IMO. 2. Allow me to put tags on them, custom or otherwise. For example I have a few incoming packages and a few outgoing ones. It would be nice to add tags to differentiate them and also filter by them if needed. Hopefully that made sense. Thank you.

I was just tracking my packages and thought of something and was like man I wish there would be different layouts or sorting options. Like if I could sort it by ETD Dates, etc rather than just having them all listed and me doing the mental math of 3 days from now would be Friday, etc. Since of our would be able to be listed by delivery date I would know what packages I need to be on the lookout for that day at an early glance.

As a merchant, I would like to break down the shipping volume report by Carrier and Lane. Currently, it can be broken down by only one condition.   This would allow us to understand how a carrier is performing in a specific market.

Can we get an option to automatically restock the item based on resolution, not just when received. We still need to process, and inspect the item before we issue the refund, and we can't have our inventory adjusted upon recept. Thanks!

Hi,   We have AfterShip built into our BigCommerce store by default. I'm not sure who to reach out to, so I would appreciate if you could please direct this to the appropriate department for me. We have received several customer complaints that when they check their shipment tracking information, they are finding the information in the orange box in the attachment misleading. Basically, where there is an option to enter your email address for delivery updates, next to it, it shows examples such as out for delivery, delivered. A lot of customers have seen this and genuinely thought that is the tracking information. More so on mobile devices, where the screen is smaller, so unless they scroll, the actual tracking is not visible. They’ve then contacted us, as their order has not been delivered and then complained that the information is confusing. Is it possible to redesign this to ensure it’s less misleading, even if it's just really boring and is a box to enter the email?   I appreciate you taking the time to consider this. When I receive tracking from suppliers, I add manually to AfterShip.  Usually there's more than 1 tracking number, for the same courier, so it would be great to able to add multiple tracking numbers at the same time as comma separated.   When clicking Save, it would then use all the information entered, for example; Customer name, order number etc etc.   Below example for tracking number 123456789 and 987654321  

When exporting, it would be handy if there was a third Data Format option.  In addition to Standard and Custom, something like “Same as current display” or something like that.  An option that would create the csv or xlsx file with the same columns in the same order that are displayed in the current view on the web page. I find myself adding or removing columns in the dashboard in order to see what I want to look at but, if I want to then export it, I need to either recreate the view again in the export wizard (which isn’t always even possible) or export it standard and move stuff around in excel.
