Suggestion: Add Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) Support for Malaysia   Hi,   I would like to suggest adding Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) as a supported courier/carrier on your app and website.   Lazada Express is the official delivery courier used by Lazada in Malaysia, similar to how SPX Express / Shopee Express is the official courier for Shopee. Many Lazada shipments in Malaysia are handled by LEX, so having direct tracking support would be very useful for Malaysian users.   The official LEX Malaysia tracking website is: https://lex.com.my/   For testing purposes, you can use these example tracking numbers:   LXST191548638MY MYMPA257159996   I hope you can consider implementing Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) support soon. As Lazada is widely used in Malaysia, I believe many users would appreciate being able to add and track their LEX shipments directly through your app and website instead of having to visit the LEX website separately.   Thank you for considering this suggestion. When I receive tracking from suppliers, I add manually to AfterShip.  Usually there's more than 1 tracking number, for the same courier, so it would be great to able to add multiple tracking numbers at the same time as comma separated.   When clicking Save, it would then use all the information entered, for example; Customer name, order number etc etc.   Below example for tracking number 123456789 and 987654321  

While using personalization, I want to understand the actual product results generated by these algorithms and the reason behind the chosen product displays for shoppers.   If I can preview the recommendation results in the admin, it would reduce uncertainty, ensure optimal outcomes, and improve my marketing strategies to boost conversions.

I want to fully customize different free shipping thresholds for different currencies/regions.   This would better compensate for my shipping costs in different currencies and may also increase the order value.

I am the owner of a fashion company preparing to expand my business operations in the US. I have been utilizing Aftership EDD for some time now and I'm interested in learning how to configure my EDDs to accommodate multiple locations.   Specifically, I have two separate locations in Australia and the US where identical SKUs are stocked. In cases where a particular SKU is out of stock at the US location, I would like orders to be fulfilled using available stock from the AU location as a fallback option. I am seeking guidance on integrating this specific logic into my EDD settings.

We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! Would be a great feature if there was a link to the returns status page within the returns dashboard.   And if this link can be easily copied so we can share to the end consumer if they call through the contact center/help, then our agents can quickly copy the link and then email/share to the end consumer

When exporting, it would be handy if there was a third Data Format option.  In addition to Standard and Custom, something like “Same as current display” or something like that.  An option that would create the csv or xlsx file with the same columns in the same order that are displayed in the current view on the web page. I find myself adding or removing columns in the dashboard in order to see what I want to look at but, if I want to then export it, I need to either recreate the view again in the export wizard (which isn’t always even possible) or export it standard and move stuff around in excel. 

The background is that I sell my products on multiple marketplaces, and each has different return flows that the aftership Returns page cannot handle. It would be much easier if there is a Returns API that can meet my requirements below.   Need: - I need a Returns API to allow creating RMA/return requests without having to use the Returns Page to file it.  - I can call the API and pass the information regarding the Return Reason Resolution, etc in one go.  - Once I call this API, it will return creation in Pending or Auto-Approved Status.

When utilizing an HTML email editor, I aim to display and personalize shipment or order items within my tracking notifications.   This feature would allow shoppers to conveniently view their purchases directly in the email, thereby improving customer satisfaction.
