Hello AfterShip Team, We run an e-commerce platform that sells digital licenses and premium accounts (our store is https://accountlicense.ir/). We are looking to use AfterShip to manage our post-purchase experience and customer tracking, but we've run into a limitation because our products are purely digital. Currently, AfterShip is heavily tailored toward physical goods with carrier tracking numbers. Since we deliver license keys and credentials digitally (via email/SMS), we would love to see a dedicated "Digital Delivery Flow" in AfterShip. Specifically, it would be amazing to have: 1. A tracking page layout optimized for digital goods that displays license activation instructions or download links instead of shipping carrier maps. 2. Webhook and API triggers that update the order status to "Delivered" when the digital product is sent to the customer's portal or inbox. 3. Custom post-purchase emails specifically designed to track when a customer reveals or views their digital key. This feature would be incredibly helpful for digital merchants like us. Currently, adapting standard physical tracking for a site like https://accountlicense.ir/ requires confusing workarounds. Are there any plans to support customized tracking portals for digital-only products in your roadmap? Thank you!

I see that Aftership is already having public api end points available for tracking and returns. i would like to have similar one for reviews.

It would be great if you could automate sending out the shipment tracking dashboard, and allow filters for that report, lijke the analysis report.  This enbales us to send the report to customers and others in our team as a live snapshot of their shipments. It consolidates all their shipments into one view so they don't have to track them individually each day. 

Currently, AfterShip's webhook outgoing IP list is only available on an HTML documentation page (https://www.aftership.com/docs/tracking/webhook/webhook-outgoing-ips). This makes it impossible to automate IP allowlist management in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) workflows.   Problem: Teams that use IP-based firewalls to secure their webhook endpoints must manually monitor the documentation page for any IP changes and update their firewall rules accordingly. If a change is missed, it can cause webhook delivery failures and broken integrations.   Request: Please publish the webhook outgoing IP list as a dedicated plain-text endpoint — similar to how Cloudflare publishes theirs at https://www.cloudflare.com/ips-v4 — where each IP is returned on a separate line.   This would allow teams to: * Fetch the IP list programmatically as part of their CI/CD or IaC pipelines * Keep firewall allowlists automatically in sync without manual intervention * Avoid service disruptions caused by missed IP changes This is a standard practice among major API providers and would significantly improve the developer experience for customers who manage network security programmatically.

When exporting, it would be handy if there was a third Data Format option.  In addition to Standard and Custom, something like “Same as current display” or something like that.  An option that would create the csv or xlsx file with the same columns in the same order that are displayed in the current view on the web page. I find myself adding or removing columns in the dashboard in order to see what I want to look at but, if I want to then export it, I need to either recreate the view again in the export wizard (which isn’t always even possible) or export it standard and move stuff around in excel. 

I want to fully customize different free shipping thresholds for different currencies/regions.   This would better compensate for my shipping costs in different currencies and may also increase the order value.

I am the owner of a fashion company preparing to expand my business operations in the US. I have been utilizing Aftership EDD for some time now and I'm interested in learning how to configure my EDDs to accommodate multiple locations.   Specifically, I have two separate locations in Australia and the US where identical SKUs are stocked. In cases where a particular SKU is out of stock at the US location, I would like orders to be fulfilled using available stock from the AU location as a fallback option. I am seeking guidance on integrating this specific logic into my EDD settings.

 I just started using the app today and overall I do like it, but I have a few minor suggestions. 1. A compact mode: right now the list of tracking numbers/packages is very spread out. Consolidating it would make it look cleaner, IMO. 2. Allow me to put tags on them, custom or otherwise. For example I have a few incoming packages and a few outgoing ones. It would be nice to add tags to differentiate them and also filter by them if needed. Hopefully that made sense. Thank you.

When using the mobile App, currently shipments remain visible in the tracking list even after they have been delivered. Over time, this can make the main tracking screen feel cluttered, especially for users who receive a large number of packages. It would be very helpful to have an option to: - Archive delivered shipments manually, or - Automatically move delivered shipments to an archive after a certain period of time. This would allow users to keep their active tracking list clean and focused on packages that are still in transit, while still retaining access to past deliveries when needed.   Thank you,

I would like to include the RMA number barcode on the returns label. This way, upon receiving the returns label at my warehouse, I can simply scan the barcode to retrieve the RMA number. Subsequently, I can use this number to efficiently locate the corresponding RMA information within the returns system. This process will significantly enhance the operational efficiency of our RMA procedures.
