Enhance Aftership’s functionality by integrating with Royal Mail, one of the leading postal services in the UK. This integration would allow users to track shipments directly through Aftership, providing seamless tracking updates, improved user experience, and broader carrier support. This feature would be particularly valuable for e-commerce businesses that frequently use Royal Mail for deliveries.

I am using the API for Zoho Inventory integration with Aftership. I would like the items on the shipping order of Zoho Inventory displayed on the shipment items of the email notifications to my customers. The shipments are created within Zoho Inventory and tracked by Aftership.

Suggestion: Add Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) Support for Malaysia   Hi,   I would like to suggest adding Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) as a supported courier/carrier on your app and website.   Lazada Express is the official delivery courier used by Lazada in Malaysia, similar to how SPX Express / Shopee Express is the official courier for Shopee. Many Lazada shipments in Malaysia are handled by LEX, so having direct tracking support would be very useful for Malaysian users.   The official LEX Malaysia tracking website is: https://lex.com.my/   For testing purposes, you can use these example tracking numbers:   LXST191548638MY MYMPA257159996   I hope you can consider implementing Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) support soon. As Lazada is widely used in Malaysia, I believe many users would appreciate being able to add and track their LEX shipments directly through your app and website instead of having to visit the LEX website separately.   Thank you for considering this suggestion. For the tracking page I am currently using, it would be great to have the Delivery Instructions feature, so that my customers can provide specific instructions to carriers, and ensure successful deliveries.   This feature will also be valuable for drivers who can have all the necessary information at their fingertips, even for dispatchers who can manage delivery more effectively with all that info.   A seamless last-mile delivery experience can create a sense of reliability and convenience that fosters long-term customer relationships and encourages repeat purchases for my brand.

I don't want to sync my email, so it would be great to be able to add a record for items that I've ordered but haven't shipped yet. I can then edit/update the shipment when the tracking number is available.

I'd like to log an enhancement request for the Tracking page editor. Currently the section where we add social media connectors is limited in connection options. Specifically for Instagram (which is a really cool feature) the only way to connect is using our own credentials (user name/password login). This is an unacceptable option as it exposes us to being hacked and is a security concern obviously. The better way to do this is via Instagram's API connection: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-platform. Can you please log that as a high priority enhancement request? Should we decided to stay with AfterShip, this will be a critical branding requirement.

I want to be able to show values and total value of anything that is currently in transit, out for delivery and delivered so i can manage my insurance process of total value out at a given time 

Would like to be able to display any discount received, from the orginal order, on the product selection page in the warranty portal. If possible, the discount code that was used as well. Important: Discount amount and discount code should show in the AfterShip admin portal.  

I see that Aftership is already having public api end points available for tracking and returns. i would like to have similar one for reviews.
