The current OpenGraph meta preview generated by AfterShip's referral link system is unacceptable. We run a professional e-commerce business in South Africa selling premium seat covers, yet the influencer link preview looks like a child’s sticker book. Confetti, a USD coupon graphic, and a generic "Get special offers" line? Completely irrelevant, off-brand, and frankly embarrassing when shared by influencers. This isn’t just a design problem. It reflects poorly on our business when our partners share this link on Facebook and social platforms. It gives the impression of an unprofessional or scammy brand — damaging our credibility and costing us leads. We don’t even use USD as our currency. Why are you pushing American coupon-style banners to international stores?

Once the user selects more than three shipments, the Pin icon should become visually disabled—either blurred, faded, or hidden—to clearly communicate that the action is unavailable. Please also indicate where the attached reference image should appear in relation to the Pin icon so that its placement and visual hierarchy are clear.   Image 2 — Pin Option Within the Shipment Menu (pictures attached) When the user opens any shipment and clicks the three-dot (⋮) menu, the following options should be displayed: 1:- Edit Shipment 2:- Mark as Delivered 3:- Pin at Top 4:- Delete The Pin at Top option should be presented as a polished, intuitive action within the existing menu, maintaining a premium and consistent user experience.   Thanks and Regards

It would be really useful to see how often the Gift Tracking Page is actually being used, separately from the regular tracking page. At the moment, it’s hard to tell uptake or performance unless the page has a unique URL or rely on Google Analytics. Having native reporting in AfterShip would make this much easier. Ideally this would show: - Views and unique visitors for the gift tracking page - How it compares to the standard tracking page - Basic engagement (e.g. CTA clicks) This would help merchants understand adoption and value of the gifting feature much more clearly.

Support setting the total number of emails that can be sent by each contact within a certain period of time (frequency), including flows and newsletters.   I aim to reduce interruptions for my customers while still capturing important messages, which is why I am seeking more flexibility in the configurations.

Instead of directly integrating Aftership with Gmail, I would like to send my emails with package information to an aftership email address associated with my account, for aftership to parse and automatically show tracking information. 

As a user, I'd like the ability to pull in tracking numbers to my dashboard by parcel account number so that I can view all shipments assigned to a specific or multiple parcel accounts.   For example I have 10 parcel accounts (4 with DHL and 6 with FedEx). I'd like the ability to utilize the parcel account number(s) instead of the API to pull in tracking associated with my parcel accounts.

I don't want to sync my email, so it would be great to be able to add a record for items that I've ordered but haven't shipped yet. I can then edit/update the shipment when the tracking number is available. 

it would be great to be able to manually add a placeholder delivery in order to keep track of my deliveries.

I want to fully customize different free shipping thresholds for different currencies/regions.   This would better compensate for my shipping costs in different currencies and may also increase the order value.
