Currently you can manually refund the shipping fee in the admin manually, but would like the ability for it to be automatic.

It would be useful to have a Sku column amognst the list when editing the returns dashboard. The image of the item is useful but often the item is enclosed in a boxed which is marked with the sku. Therefore at first glance, the sku is seen before the physical item.

Add the option to pay online ~ $2 at checkout for free returns and extended warranty later.    Add tags to people / allow different RMA flow for those who optin to this.

Hello to Aftership team, I am from Fabricdekho.com. I am here to write a request for providing a return request  button along with seller approval so that return could be the easy process. Upload label manually from external source and link (instead of file only) Today its only possible to upload label manually through file via computer.   Hope this will change and we ca upload via external url
