As a merchant, I would like to break down the shipping volume report by Carrier and Lane. Currently, it can be broken down by only one condition.   This would allow us to understand how a carrier is performing in a specific market.

It would be really useful to see how often the Gift Tracking Page is actually being used, separately from the regular tracking page. At the moment, it’s hard to tell uptake or performance unless the page has a unique URL or rely on Google Analytics. Having native reporting in AfterShip would make this much easier. Ideally this would show: - Views and unique visitors for the gift tracking page - How it compares to the standard tracking page - Basic engagement (e.g. CTA clicks) This would help merchants understand adoption and value of the gifting feature much more clearly.

Add the ability to block a return and direct the customer to the warranty portal. Bonus if you could log the customer in and auto fill information.   Potential Mockup Potential User Experience

In cases where a particular SKU is out of stock at the US location, I would like orders to be fulfilled using available stock from the AU location as a fallback option. Hello, We would like to identify the parcels that were delivered by secured delivery methods, and which ones. For example, was the parcel delivered with a Pin Code? With a QR Code? With a signature? This would allow to better measure Exceptions per delivery method, and size the opportunity of such services, on which we are completely blind today.
