While using personalization, I want to understand the actual product results generated by these algorithms and the reason behind the chosen product displays for shoppers. If I can preview the recommendation results in the admin, it would reduce uncertainty, ensure optimal outcomes, and improve my marketing strategies to boost conversions.

As a retailer, it would be great if customer preferences can be collected and determine whether to send an SMS notification based on the subscription status synchronized via API. Moreover, a customer-facing page that allows users to manage their preferences would be even better. We would love to communicate more with our shoppers, which will efficiently improve our customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

The ability to see how much it cost per tracking label for the carrier, alongside all the other analytics would be beneficial to business operations. Having “cost” as a piece of data collect and display in analytics will help us make larger business decisions when it comes to choice of carrier preferences to know which carrier is best to work with in the long run. There's quite a few couriers where the 'View on Carrier Website' doesn't take you directly to the trracking page, and instead requires you to enter the tracking number. These can be easily fixed by correcting the URL. As a merchant, I aim to provide Aftership with supplementary shipping documents for the creation of shipping labels. By submitting these additional documents to Aftership, they can be forwarded to the carrier during the label creation process within the carrier's system. These shipping labels and accompanying documents are essential for shipping activities, particularly for cross-border customs declaration purposes.

Currently you can manually refund the shipping fee in the admin manually, but would like the ability for it to be automatic.

When utilizing an HTML email editor, I aim to display and personalize shipment or order items within my tracking notifications. This feature would allow shoppers to conveniently view their purchases directly in the email, thereby improving customer satisfaction.

Would be a great feature if there was a link to the returns status page within the returns dashboard. And if this link can be easily copied so we can share to the end consumer if they call through the contact center/help, then our agents can quickly copy the link and then email/share to the end consumer

The same videos are displayed to shoppers on my collection page or recommendation widgets. I want greater exposure to alternative products and videos, but selecting which ones to display and updating them regularly feels overwhelming. Furthermore, testing to determine which video garners the most traffic is even more challenging. I have no idea if my efforts will result in sales. If only there is a tool could help!

I would like to include the RMA number barcode on the returns label. This way, upon receiving the returns label at my warehouse, I can simply scan the barcode to retrieve the RMA number. Subsequently, I can use this number to efficiently locate the corresponding RMA information within the returns system. This process will significantly enhance the operational efficiency of our RMA procedures.
