Create tracking pages via API
Madison Morgan
July 17, 2024 at 3:03 pm
We are a worldwide dropshipping service catering to e-commerce entrepreneurs. Merchants can design and market personalized products through us, setting prices and choosing their sales platforms from our integrated e-commerce options.
Once merchants place orders, we will handle the manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipping logistics to consumers.
When I am using Aftership for tracking, I want to enable my premium customers (merchants) with the ability to customize white label branded tracking pages and possibly an API to create them (since they won't have access to Aftership admin, and it would be impossible for me to maintain all tracking pages for them).
So that I can add this ability as part of the product & service package for my main customers (merchants), which creates more value for my business.

How do EDDs work with multiple locations?
Layla Ross
August 18, 2024 at 2:18 am
I am the owner of a fashion company preparing to expand my business operations in the US. I have been utilizing Aftership EDD for some time now and I'm interested in learning how to configure my EDDs to accommodate multiple locations.
Specifically, I have two separate locations in Australia and the US where identical SKUs are stocked. In cases where a particular SKU is out of stock at the US location, I would like orders to be fulfilled using available stock from the AU location as a fallback option. I am seeking guidance on integrating this specific logic into my EDD settings.

There should be an option to just cancel the return without rejecting it.
Sometimes client decide to bring it to a store after doing the initial return.

Exclude specific products from exchange eligibility in the "Shop Now" (exchange on your own website) flow
Roqeeb Olaniyi
August 22, 2026 at 1:14 am
What is the context
When using AfterShip Returns with the "Shop Now" / "exchange for anything" option that redirects customers to shop on the merchant's own store, customers can select any product available on the store as their exchange item.
What issue do you want to address?
There is currently no way to exclude specific products from being selectable as exchange items in this flow. The existing exclusion controls (the block list and excluding products from recommendations via product tags) only apply when AfterShip is recommending products or when "Exchange on AfterShip returns page" is selected. When customers shop directly on the merchant's own website via "Shop Now," these exclusions do not apply, so restricted products remain selectable. This allows customers to exchange low-value items for high-value products, resulting in margin loss and exchange abuse. The only current workaround, switching to "Exchange on AfterShip returns page," removes the on-store shopping experience the merchant wants to keep.
What outcome do you expect?
The ability to exclude specific products from being eligible exchange items while still using the "Shop Now" flow where customers shop on the merchant's own website. Ideally the exclusion could be defined by SKU, in addition to collection or product tag, since some merchants do not have the relevant products grouped in a collection and may not have access to create collections in Shopify.
Who will benefit from your idea?
Merchants using the "Shop Now" exchange flow who need to prevent certain products from being selected as exchange items, protecting their margins and preventing exchange abuse while preserving the branded on-site shopping experience during exchanges.

Link to Return Status Page from Admin & Shareable link to return status page for Customer Service
Jason Ma
February 3, 2025 at 10:10 pm
Would be a great feature if there was a link to the returns status page within the returns dashboard.
And if this link can be easily copied so we can share to the end consumer if they call through the contact center/help, then our agents can quickly copy the link and then email/share to the end consumer

Integration with Royal Mail
Nicholas Bowker
January 22, 2025 at 9:04 am
Enhance Aftership’s functionality by integrating with Royal Mail, one of the leading postal services in the UK. This integration would allow users to track shipments directly through Aftership, providing seamless tracking updates, improved user experience, and broader carrier support. This feature would be particularly valuable for e-commerce businesses that frequently use Royal Mail for deliveries.

Hello,
This is Nailin from Harman. We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.
Thank you!
Regards,
Nailin

Eliminate Additional Fees for Carrier Integration – Improve Aftership for All Users
Mario Labault
March 3, 2025 at 10:20 pm
As a loyal Aftership customer, I am extremely disappointed to learn that integrating a new carrier requires an additional fee—a neither transparent nor customer-friendly policy. Carrier expansion should be a standard improvement to Aftership’s platform, not an extra cost passed onto paying customers.
Why This Needs to Change:
Improving Aftership Should Be Your Priority, Not an Upsell
Adding new carriers benefits all Aftership users. Expanding carrier integrations should be part of Aftership’s ongoing development efforts, not a hidden fee imposed on individual customers.
Hidden Costs Undermine Customer Trust
Nowhere in Aftership’s pricing model is it clearly stated that carrier integration comes with additional fees. This lack of transparency frustrates users and creates an unexpected financial burden.
Loyal Customers Deserve Better
Customers who have trusted Aftership for their business operations should not have to pay extra to access a fundamental feature like carrier support.
Proposed Solution:
Aftership should eliminate extra fees for new carrier integrations and invest in expanding its platform instead of charging individual users. This would be part of its commitment to improving service for all customers.
Clear, upfront disclosure of costs should be required if Aftership maintains this fee structure.
If Aftership truly values its customers, this change must ensure a fair, transparent, and customer-centric experience.
