I am using the API for Zoho Inventory integration with Aftership. I would like the items on the shipping order of Zoho Inventory displayed on the shipment items of the email notifications to my customers. The shipments are created within Zoho Inventory and tracked by Aftership.

Add the option to pay online ~ $2 at checkout for free returns and extended warranty later.    Add tags to people / allow different RMA flow for those who optin to this. 

Good morning, When viewing notification emails on a mobile device, the background colour only appears at the top as a small strip. As a result, the background colour on the sides and beneath the email is completely lost. I therefore propose hiding the background area entirely on mobile, displaying only what is within the content background, which is the main body of the email. Thank you.

Hello to Aftership team, I am from Fabricdekho.com. I am here to write a request for providing a return request  button along with seller approval so that return could be the easy process. As return is a difficult process as of now. Customer need to request again n agian to seller. We should work on this so we can ease the process of return.   Thanks.

We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! I want to be able to show values and total value of anything that is currently in transit, out for delivery and delivered so i can manage my insurance process of total value out at a given time 

Add the ability to block a return and direct the customer to the warranty portal. Bonus if you could log the customer in and auto fill information.   Potential Mockup Potential User Experience

Honestly, this would help us to ease our shoppers through possible delays proactively.
