Perhaps with Aftership Reviews, we could set a custom rule where if the transit time is exceeds X days, the platform won't initiate reviews.

I'd like to log an enhancement request for the Tracking page editor. Currently the section where we add social media connectors is limited in connection options. Specifically for Instagram (which is a really cool feature) the only way to connect is using our own credentials (user name/password login). This is an unacceptable option as it exposes us to being hacked and is a security concern obviously. The better way to do this is via Instagram's API connection: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-platform. Can you please log that as a high priority enhancement request? Should we decided to stay with AfterShip, this will be a critical branding requirement.

We'd like the ability to restrict which order-editing options are available on a per-country basis, rather than applying the same set of options globally.   Many merchants work with regional checkout or fulfillment partners (e.g. Global-E) that prohibit certain order changes after an order is placed in specific countries. For example, a merchant might need to limit editing to only "apply discount code" and "cancel order" for a subset of countries, while keeping the full set of editing options available everywhere else.   Being able to configure order-editing permissions by country/region would help merchants stay compliant with regional partner restrictions without giving up flexibility in other markets.

Good morning, When viewing notification emails on a mobile device, the background colour only appears at the top as a small strip. As a result, the background colour on the sides and beneath the email is completely lost. I therefore propose hiding the background area entirely on mobile, displaying only what is within the content background, which is the main body of the email. Thank you.

Suggestion: Add Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) Support for Malaysia   Hi,   I would like to suggest adding Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) as a supported courier/carrier on your app and website.   Lazada Express is the official delivery courier used by Lazada in Malaysia, similar to how SPX Express / Shopee Express is the official courier for Shopee. Many Lazada shipments in Malaysia are handled by LEX, so having direct tracking support would be very useful for Malaysian users.   The official LEX Malaysia tracking website is: https://lex.com.my/   For testing purposes, you can use these example tracking numbers:   LXST191548638MY MYMPA257159996   I hope you can consider implementing Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) support soon. Hello,  We currently use AfterShip Feed to connect our Amazon Seller account to TikTok Shop. But it would be fantastic to be able to also connect with Walmart Seller's MCF. It would allow even greater reach of products on more sales channels.

I want the order status to automatically change to "Completed" when the tracking code is entered in the AfterShip plugin in WooCommerce. Is it possible to achieve this through the plugin settings, or is there a snippet that can help me make it happen?
