im trying to figure out how to connect my store Discreet Life to shopify to get this app going. Thanks!

As a retailer, it would be great if customer preferences can be collected and determine whether to send an SMS notification based on the subscription status synchronized via API.   Moreover, a customer-facing page that allows users to manage their preferences would be even better. We would love to communicate more with our shoppers, which will efficiently improve our customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

In Shopify, merchants cannot identify which orders were combined in TTS. This will increase the risk of merchants repeatedly fulfil the same order items.   To address this issue proactively, I would recommend that we introduce a hint or tag within Shopify to alert merchants about combined orders, thus avoid this situation from happening.

Would be a great feature if there was a link to the returns status page within the returns dashboard.   And if this link can be easily copied so we can share to the end consumer if they call through the contact center/help, then our agents can quickly copy the link and then email/share to the end consumer

We should be able to update the email address on the returns and warranty pages in case the cx is unable to access the default email.

We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! The “Back” button on the RC portal is not obvious or prominent enough. It is too hard to find and blends into the page.

Their use is steadily shaping the future of contactless and efficient package management.

Add the ability to upload a separate images for desktop and mobile header logos. An example of the what the UI could like like is below. Returns > Customizations > Returns page    

It would be really useful to see how often the Gift Tracking Page is actually being used, separately from the regular tracking page. At the moment, it’s hard to tell uptake or performance unless the page has a unique URL or rely on Google Analytics. Having native reporting in AfterShip would make this much easier. Ideally this would show: - Views and unique visitors for the gift tracking page - How it compares to the standard tracking page - Basic engagement (e.g. CTA clicks) This would help merchants understand adoption and value of the gifting feature much more clearly.
