Hello,   This is Nailin from Harman. We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! We would love to be able to see the return comment information our customers provide when returning items within the return reports we download. Our customers are using the comment box to describe the return reason in depth but this information is lost when it comes to dowloading the return reports.

I want to be able to show values and total value of anything that is currently in transit, out for delivery and delivered so i can manage my insurance process of total value out at a given time 

Hi, The data when the shipment is created at the carrier is important for shipment analysis. Example:  Info received   Shipment information received DHL Express Mar 25, 2025 at 12:01 pm

As a retailer, it would be great if customer preferences can be collected and determine whether to send an SMS notification based on the subscription status synchronized via API.   Moreover, a customer-facing page that allows users to manage their preferences would be even better. We would love to communicate more with our shoppers, which will efficiently improve our customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

When exporting, it would be handy if there was a third Data Format option.  In addition to Standard and Custom, something like “Same as current display” or something like that.  An option that would create the csv or xlsx file with the same columns in the same order that are displayed in the current view on the web page. I find myself adding or removing columns in the dashboard in order to see what I want to look at but, if I want to then export it, I need to either recreate the view again in the export wizard (which isn’t always even possible) or export it standard and move stuff around in excel. 

We use this to ship to clients it would be nice if we could save clients within the system to send notifications to. 

I would like to view the chart showing reasons for late shipments in the current on-time report that I am using.

When I receive tracking from suppliers, I add manually to AfterShip.  Usually there's more than 1 tracking number, for the same courier, so it would be great to able to add multiple tracking numbers at the same time as comma separated.   When clicking Save, it would then use all the information entered, for example; Customer name, order number etc etc.   Below example for tracking number 123456789 and 987654321  

Our warehouse needs to know how many returns were requested on a daily basis so they can plan their resources accordingly. but it is not an option for now. It would be nice if we could build our own reports and schedule it.
