Support setting the total number of emails that can be sent by each contact within a certain period of time (frequency), including flows and newsletters.   I aim to reduce interruptions for my customers while still capturing important messages, which is why I am seeking more flexibility in the configurations.

As a business owner, having precise accounting records is essential for tax purposes. It's particularly important to account for returns correctly by adjusting for them and deducting the relevant taxes to prevent overpayment.   I've observed that Shopify currently only accommodates refunds, lacking store credit or exchange options for returns. Therefore, if aftership Return could support all three options and assist in reconciling taxes and producing accurate tax reports for returns, it would greatly benefit our operations.

Add the ability to upload a separate images for desktop and mobile header logos. An example of the what the UI could like like is below. Returns > Customizations > Returns page

We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! Good morning, It would be incredibly useful to enhance the WooCommerce plugin by adding a button to the Orders section for each completed order. This button would allow customers to directly view the shipping status and the various stages leading up to delivery on the store’s website. For those managing e-commerce platforms, keeping users on the site is crucial. That’s why this feature would be so beneficial! I want all orders over $30 to show a shipping fee of only $2, because this is subsidized by TikTok.

I would like to view the chart showing reasons for late shipments in the current on-time report that I am using.

I guess for shipping emails sent out to my customers, it would be nice to have dynamic info that updates as the package progresses through the network. I also want all my existing emails to stay current.   The reason is simply that I wanna give my customers a unified experience by delivering consistent messages to them. I believe this will help with my customer satisfaction.

We should be able to update the email address on the returns and warranty pages in case the cx is unable to access the default email.

we provide return shipping label after approving the return request. Our product contains hazarious material, which should be shipped with hazmat label. Aftership doesn't grant the api access of selecting the Hazmat label when auto-generating return shipping label Please fix it
