It would be really useful to see how often the Gift Tracking Page is actually being used, separately from the regular tracking page. At the moment, it’s hard to tell uptake or performance unless the page has a unique URL or rely on Google Analytics. Having native reporting in AfterShip would make this much easier. Ideally this would show: - Views and unique visitors for the gift tracking page - How it compares to the standard tracking page - Basic engagement (e.g. CTA clicks) This would help merchants understand adoption and value of the gifting feature much more clearly.

When exporting, it would be handy if there was a third Data Format option.  In addition to Standard and Custom, something like “Same as current display” or something like that.  An option that would create the csv or xlsx file with the same columns in the same order that are displayed in the current view on the web page. I find myself adding or removing columns in the dashboard in order to see what I want to look at but, if I want to then export it, I need to either recreate the view again in the export wizard (which isn’t always even possible) or export it standard and move stuff around in excel.

Currently, AfterShip is heavily tailored toward physical goods with carrier tracking numbers. Since we deliver license keys and credentials digitally (via email/SMS), we would love to see a dedicated "Digital Delivery Flow" in AfterShip. Specifically, it would be amazing to have: 1. A tracking page layout optimized for digital goods that displays license activation instructions or download links instead of shipping carrier maps. 2. Webhook and API triggers that update the order status to "Delivered" when the digital product is sent to the customer's portal or inbox. 3. Custom post-purchase emails specifically designed to track when a customer reveals or views their digital key. This feature would be incredibly helpful for digital merchants like us. Currently, adapting standard physical tracking for a site like https://accountlicense.ir/ requires confusing workarounds. Are there any plans to support customized tracking portals for digital-only products in your roadmap? Thank you!

For the tracking page I am currently using, it would be great to have the Delivery Instructions feature, so that my customers can provide specific instructions to carriers, and ensure successful deliveries.   This feature will also be valuable for drivers who can have all the necessary information at their fingertips, even for dispatchers who can manage delivery more effectively with all that info.   A seamless last-mile delivery experience can create a sense of reliability and convenience that fosters long-term customer relationships and encourages repeat purchases for my brand.

On the tracking dashboard customers/users need to be able to click to grab, then drag and drop the order we desire our packages to be in.

As a merchant, I aim to provide Aftership with supplementary shipping documents for the creation of shipping labels. By submitting these additional documents to Aftership, they can be forwarded to the carrier during the label creation process within the carrier's system.   These shipping labels and accompanying documents are essential for shipping activities, particularly for cross-border customs declaration purposes.
