Image 1 — Shipment Selection & Pin Icon Behavior (pictures attached) When selecting shipments, the Pin icon should remain clean, clear, and fully visible when up to three shipments are selected. Once the user selects more than three shipments, the Pin icon should become visually disabled—either blurred, faded, or hidden—to clearly communicate that the action is unavailable. Integration of Sharetown to schedule pickups of items being returned. The process involves Sharetown picking up items directly from the customer's doorstep without the need for packaging. Once the items are picked up, Sharetown will resell the items through their channels and provide business with an agreed-upon gain-share payback based on the resale price.   Key Requirements: No label generation is needed as Sharetown will handle the pickup. A system integration will be needed to push the return data to Sharetown as a pickup request in their system. Sharetown will manage the logistics and resale of the items.

As a merchant, I allow shoppers to exchange items for different variants during returns, which may have different prices. For example, a Small size costs $30 while a Large size costs $50.   Currently, Shopify allows me to adjust prices manually only after the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is submitted. If aftership could facilitate charging or refunding price differences for variants during the return request process, it would greatly streamline our operations and enhancing the overall efficiency of RMA management.

Currently it's possible to view returns analytics only per 1 store at a time. It would be great to be able to select multiple stores and have a consolidated view on returns. 

When exporting, it would be handy if there was a third Data Format option.  In addition to Standard and Custom, something like “Same as current display” or something like that.  An option that would create the csv or xlsx file with the same columns in the same order that are displayed in the current view on the web page. I find myself adding or removing columns in the dashboard in order to see what I want to look at but, if I want to then export it, I need to either recreate the view again in the export wizard (which isn’t always even possible) or export it standard and move stuff around in excel. 

Can we have a way to export the report of the notifications? So for example, I would love to be able to export the list of people who had bounced emails for our shipping notifications or even to export the list of folks who did not open the message. 

It would be great if you could automate sending out the shipment tracking dashboard, and allow filters for that report, lijke the analysis report.  This enbales us to send the report to customers and others in our team as a live snapshot of their shipments. It consolidates all their shipments into one view so they don't have to track them individually each day. 

It would be incredibly helpful if there was a way to export the shipping data from the phone app. It would be extremely simple and improve the apps usefuleness.    It would also be incredibly helpful if there was a way to have the phone app on the computer. I know the browser version is different and designed for merchants while the phone app is designed for recipients. But, it would be easy to create a aftership.com/recipients version of the app on the computer that just syncs the shipments across devices.
