Select multiple Stores in Returns Analytics

Lasma Martinsone
February 13, 2026 at 11:38 am
Currently it's possible to view returns analytics only per 1 store at a time. It would be great to be able to select multiple stores and have a consolidated view on returns.

Shopify checkout for Returns

Victoria Ward
March 19, 2024 at 11:29 pm
As a merchant, I would like to charge the cost of return when the shopper chooses to replace the returned item.  aftership Returns provides Stripe checkout only for this scenario, but I don't have a Stripe account, I would like to use my Shopify checkout to charge the exchange upsell and cost of return. So that I don't have to open a Stripe checkout and manage two accounts (Shopify and Stripe checkout) at the same time.

Support the “issue store credit” option on “process warranty claim” page

Daniel Reed

Currently, I can only choose from 3 resolution options in Warranty admin: Repair item, Replace item & Other. At the end of the day, I need to manually export a list of Warranty claims and see how many store credit resolutions were recorded. (By using the “Other” option with a note.) This process is very time-consuming and inefficient.    It would be very helpful if a direct "issue store credit" feature were integrated, potentially automating the process across platforms like Shopify.

Tracking dynamic updates for Emails

Sophia Anderson
March 8, 2024 at 3:29 pm
I guess for shipping emails sent out to my customers, it would be nice to have dynamic info that updates as the package progresses through the network. I also want all my existing emails to stay current.   The reason is simply that I wanna give my customers a unified experience by delivering consistent messages to them. I believe this will help with my customer satisfaction.

Free-Plan Analytics Dashboard for Tracking Page Performance

David james
July 14, 2025 at 10:47 am
Hi AfterShip Community, Context: I run a small Shopify store (~50 orders/month) using AfterShip’s free plan to track shipments (USPS, UPS). While the free plan offers basic tracking (Web:10), there’s no way to analyze tracking page performance (e.g., visitor clicks, engagement) without upgrading to premium plans, which can be costly for small businesses (Web:18). Issue: Small merchants lack access to basic analytics on the free plan to understand how customers interact with tracking pages, limiting optimization efforts. Outcome: I propose a lightweight analytics dashboard in the free plan, showing metrics like tracking page visits and click-through rates (e.g., to return portals). This would help optimize post-purchase experiences without needing a paid plan. Beneficiaries: Small e-commerce businesses, startups, and solo entrepreneurs using the free plan would gain insights to improve customer engagement and retention. What do you think? Any similar needs or suggestions to refine this idea?

Email Updates Box - Complaints from Customers

Victoria Lomax
October 30, 2026 at 10:21 am
Hi,   We have AfterShip built into our BigCommerce store by default. I'm not sure who to reach out to, so I would appreciate if you could please direct this to the appropriate department for me. We have received several customer complaints that when they check their shipment tracking information, they are finding the information in the orange box in the attachment misleading. Basically, where there is an option to enter your email address for delivery updates, next to it, it shows examples such as out for delivery, delivered. A lot of customers have seen this and genuinely thought that is the tracking information. More so on mobile devices, where the screen is smaller, so unless they scroll, the actual tracking is not visible. They’ve then contacted us, as their order has not been delivered and then complained that the information is confusing. Is it possible to redesign this to ensure it’s less misleading, even if it's just really boring and is a box to enter the email?   I appreciate you taking the time to consider this. Happy to assist if you need any further information. Kind regards, Vicky

API Integration for Instagram Feed

Andrew Bird
August 14, 2025 at 12:47 pm
I'd like to log an enhancement request for the Tracking page editor. Currently the section where we add social media connectors is limited in connection options. Specifically for Instagram (which is a really cool feature) the only way to connect is using our own credentials (user name/password login). This is an unacceptable option as it exposes us to being hacked and is a security concern obviously. The better way to do this is via Instagram's API connection: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-platform. Can you please log that as a high priority enhancement request? Should we decided to stay with AfterShip, this will be a critical branding requirement.

Custom RMA Cancellation Timeframe

Abby Hatchimonji
March 11, 2025 at 8:33 pm
Enable merchants to customize the duration before an RMA is automatically canceled. Currently, the system only allows for auto-cancellation after 28 days of inactivity. To better suit our company's needs, we would like the option to extend this period.
