Hello,   This is Nailin from Harman. We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! I want to be able to show values and total value of anything that is currently in transit, out for delivery and delivered so i can manage my insurance process of total value out at a given time 

Hi, The data when the shipment is created at the carrier is important for shipment analysis. Example:  Info received   Shipment information received DHL Express Mar 25, 2025 at 12:01 pm

I guess for shipping emails sent out to my customers, it would be nice to have dynamic info that updates as the package progresses through the network. I also want all my existing emails to stay current.   The reason is simply that I wanna give my customers a unified experience by delivering consistent messages to them. I believe this will help with my customer satisfaction.

Could you please make a slight programming change, could you please allow swipping back to the main list of packages once you looked at a package info    iOs

The website is in dutch but then after login, the portal is in english.

My idea is that when a shipment comes in from China to America,instead of each parcel going right to LAX through customs,each one should go to it's respective state and provence,every state has a sorting and customs center,it would just make it easier to make one stop instead of two or three on the way to the packages final point of delivery,

We want the feature for referral program page through which we can dedicated referr to the customers and one affiliate program for our influencer through which they can track their progress and commisions. 

As a user, I'd like the ability to pull in tracking numbers to my dashboard by parcel account number so that I can view all shipments assigned to a specific or multiple parcel accounts.   For example I have 10 parcel accounts (4 with DHL and 6 with FedEx). I'd like the ability to utilize the parcel account number(s) instead of the API to pull in tracking associated with my parcel accounts.

Allow me to still refund if I choose even if the return request has expired. Now I have to recreate the return request making more work for me.
