Good morning, It would be incredibly useful to enhance the WooCommerce plugin by adding a button to the Orders section for each completed order. This button would allow customers to directly view the shipping status and the various stages leading up to delivery on the store’s website. For those managing e-commerce platforms, keeping users on the site is crucial. That’s why this feature would be so beneficial! Additionally, it would encourage users to create an account on the site, which would be another positive outcome. Thank you.

When utilizing an HTML email editor, I aim to display and personalize shipment or order items within my tracking notifications.   This feature would allow shoppers to conveniently view their purchases directly in the email, thereby improving customer satisfaction.

We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! Currently OTD report, reports the complete journey so the avereage time can fluctuate based on how long it takes for customers to collect their order.  We need to report on the carrier performance and then the time it takes to collect.  It would be good to have  a PUDO report that breaks down : average transit time to collection point   Average time waiting for collection    If we expand our PUDO options in Europe it would be a good indication 

Scenarios 1. We give a customer a partial refund for a coupon code they forgot to enter. This partial refund is currently stopping the customer and us from being able to request a return in Aftership. Please allow an option to make RMA or override in this scenario. 2. (similar to #1) Customer orders multiple items, gets RMA for one item, returns it and is refunded. Now they want to return the other item, however, because there is a refund in Shopify we are not able to open a RMA for the other item because the order shows as returned. Please allow option to make RMA or override in this scenario.  Thank you

That would be great if Feed could accommodate the listing of "not-for-sale products" on TTS. This feature is newly introduced in TTS, where the product is not for sale to shoppers but will be gifted to them instead.

On the tracking dashboard customers/users need to be able to click to grab, then drag and drop the order we desire our packages to be in.

Upload label manually from external source and link (instead of file only) Today its only possible to upload label manually through file via computer.   Hope this will change and we ca upload via external url

We use this to ship to clients it would be nice if we could save clients within the system to send notifications to. 

When exporting, it would be handy if there was a third Data Format option.  In addition to Standard and Custom, something like “Same as current display” or something like that.  An option that would create the csv or xlsx file with the same columns in the same order that are displayed in the current view on the web page. I find myself adding or removing columns in the dashboard in order to see what I want to look at but, if I want to then export it, I need to either recreate the view again in the export wizard (which isn’t always even possible) or export it standard and move stuff around in excel.
