Hello,   This is Nailin from Harman. We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! Currently, AfterShip's webhook outgoing IP list is only available on an HTML documentation page (https://www.aftership.com/docs/tracking/webhook/webhook-outgoing-ips). This makes it impossible to automate IP allowlist management in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) workflows.   Problem: Teams that use IP-based firewalls to secure their webhook endpoints must manually monitor the documentation page for any IP changes and update their firewall rules accordingly. If a change is missed, it can cause webhook delivery failures and broken integrations.   Request: Please publish the webhook outgoing IP list as a dedicated plain-text endpoint — similar to how Cloudflare publishes theirs at https://www.cloudflare.com/ips-v4 — where each IP is returned on a separate line.   This would allow teams to: * Fetch the IP list programmatically as part of their CI/CD or IaC pipelines * Keep firewall allowlists automatically in sync without manual intervention * Avoid service disruptions caused by missed IP changes This is a standard practice among major API providers and would significantly improve the developer experience for customers who manage network security programmatically.

As a retailer, it would be great if customer preferences can be collected and determine whether to send an SMS notification based on the subscription status synchronized via API.   Moreover, a customer-facing page that allows users to manage their preferences would be even better. We would love to communicate more with our shoppers, which will efficiently improve our customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

I want to be able to show values and total value of anything that is currently in transit, out for delivery and delivered so i can manage my insurance process of total value out at a given time 

Can we get an option to automatically restock the item based on resolution, not just when received. We still need to process, and inspect the item before we issue the refund, and we can't have our inventory adjusted upon recept. Thanks!

Change the update indicator Dot from the light blue color to the orange color you already use in your iOS app. It is hard to pick out the dot if you have a long list of shipments. If it was the orange color you already use in the app it should be a simple change to make for an updated version. Also so carriers on the list of carriers to pick from are now asking for receiving zip, so those carriers never update now.  Thanks

We would love to be able to see the return comment information our customers provide when returning items within the return reports we download. Our customers are using the comment box to describe the return reason in depth but this information is lost when it comes to dowloading the return reports.

Integration of Sharetown to schedule pickups of items being returned. The process involves Sharetown picking up items directly from the customer's doorstep without the need for packaging. Once the items are picked up, Sharetown will resell the items through their channels and provide business with an agreed-upon gain-share payback based on the resale price.   Key Requirements: No label generation is needed as Sharetown will handle the pickup. A system integration will be needed to push the return data to Sharetown as a pickup request in their system. Sharetown will manage the logistics and resale of the items.

Is it possible to increase the bulk search limit from 50? We often have to peform bulk search a number of times to retrieve the data that we're looking. 

The ability to see how much it cost per tracking label for the carrier, alongside all the other analytics would be beneficial to business operations.   Having “cost” as a piece of data collect and display in analytics will help us make larger business decisions when it comes to choice of carrier preferences to know which carrier is best to work with in the long run. I believe this feature will be great value add to Aftership as well!
