Agentic Connection
Aftership agent is powerful and will be more in the future. In that future, MCP protocol connection is a must. It's a game changer! So customers (us) can connect their agents with Aftership.

Good news: this is already available. The AfterShip Post-purchase connector is now a verified connector in Claude’s directory. To set it up, go to Settings → Connectors → Browse in Claude, search for AfterShip, and connect your account. Connector link
Once it’s connected, you can ask Claude about your Returns data in plain language, including several of your examples:
Status of the return on a specific order
Returns that haven’t been refunded yet
Top return reasons for a given period
The connector also covers AfterShip Tracking data. It can take actions too, like approving, rejecting or resolving returns, and Claude asks you to confirm before making any change. That matches the confirmation step you suggested.
