Notification before wine is shipping

A notification to give the customer the opportunity to change their requested ship date. This allows wineries to change the date without re-directing.  Using the RSD and sending a notification 3 days or so before.

While we can't support this specific workflow at the moment, we appreciate you outlining the use case. To make this possible, a few key developments would be required:

  1. We support triggering notifications "X days before ship date," which would require our system to accept and process a ship_date for each order.
  2. You will be required to use our Commerce API, which would allow you to send us the order and its corresponding ship_date.

This is a fantastic use case. While it’s not on our immediate roadmap, we’ll be sure to keep this on our radar for future planning.  Thanks again for the detailed feedback!
