Good morning, It would be incredibly useful to enhance the WooCommerce plugin by adding a button to the Orders section for each completed order. This button would allow customers to directly view the shipping status and the various stages leading up to delivery on the store’s website. For those managing e-commerce platforms, keeping users on the site is crucial. That’s why this feature would be so beneficial! Additionally, it would encourage users to create an account on the site, which would be another positive outcome. Thank you.

When a warranty is approved, you can choose to include an label. In the “Warranty claim approved” email, there is no ability to account for this decision. We would need to add an ability to have wording around a label being included as well as a label not being included. Below is an example email we have now.   Two ways this could be addressed: 1. Split this notification into 2 notifications: “Warranty claim approved - with label” and “Warranty claim approved - no label”. 2. Add Flows to Warranties with Split functionality for generated labels.

I have had customers who have accidently unsubscribed themselves from receiving AfterShip emails. I can see them in the Unsubscribe list, but I cannot remove them. Please add a feature that would allow AfterShip administrators to remove emails from the Unsubscribe list. Currently this process has to be done by the AfterShip tech team. By making this a self-service feature, you will reduce the labor required by the AfterShip team and make the product more efficient.

Please add the shipping company ACI EXPRESS, which is based in South Korea. They have partnerships with multiple overseas shipping companies, and a lot of merchandise is being shipped through ACI Express to the USA and the Middle East, especially after the implementation of tariffs in the USA.

Hi, I hope you can include a column where users can also see "WHEN" the order arrived in customs clearance and "WHEN" it was released. I am referring to ALL orders, not just the delayed orders.

Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. It would be very helpful to have an option to group orders by store/company name (e.g., all Amazon orders together, all eBay orders together, etc.). This way, I could collapse or expand groups and quickly view only the orders I want. Additionally, it would be great if users could create their own custom groups for even more flexibility.
