When I receive tracking from suppliers, I add manually to AfterShip.  Usually there's more than 1 tracking number, for the same courier, so it would be great to able to add multiple tracking numbers at the same time as comma separated.   When clicking Save, it would then use all the information entered, for example; Customer name, order number etc etc.   Below example for tracking number 123456789 and 987654321  

For the tracking page I am currently using, it would be great to have the Delivery Instructions feature, so that my customers can provide specific instructions to carriers, and ensure successful deliveries.   This feature will also be valuable for drivers who can have all the necessary information at their fingertips, even for dispatchers who can manage delivery more effectively with all that info.   A seamless last-mile delivery experience can create a sense of reliability and convenience that fosters long-term customer relationships and encourages repeat purchases for my brand.

I see that Aftership is already having public api end points available for tracking and returns. i would like to have similar one for reviews.

As a user, I'd like the ability to pull in tracking numbers to my dashboard by parcel account number so that I can view all shipments assigned to a specific or multiple parcel accounts.   For example I have 10 parcel accounts (4 with DHL and 6 with FedEx). I'd like the ability to utilize the parcel account number(s) instead of the API to pull in tracking associated with my parcel accounts.

Please let me hide the ad carousel, I am happy to pay subscription or whatever to disable it. Thanks 

Could you please make a slight programming change, could you please allow swipping back to the main list of packages once you looked at a package info    iOs

In our business we refund direcly in Shopify for our returns that are made from our online website. It would be nice if the status of Shopify shows refunded or partically refund that Aftership would show the return as resolved. Some of the tracking information has to be put in manaully and we have multiple people on our team and if they do not do it correctly our customers receive emails that their return was not send and is expiring when they have already been refunded. 

Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. Hi,   I recently started buying products from India and sometimes they ship using : https://shipglobal.in/tracking/   Unfortunately Aftership is not yet supporting shipglobal.in and I need to use another app (actually 17tracks works) to track these shipments.   Please consider adding shipglobal.in as a supported career.   thank you!
