Customized returns notifications

The current capability features a static returns approval notification. There are instances where the approval notification should be customized before being sent to the customer. Currently, the only way of doing this is to change the approval notification for all returns, save, go back to the RMA in question, approve it with the new notification, make sure no other returns are approved, go back to the nofication and amend it to how it was prior and save. Use case: there may be a specific product that is available for exchange in store, this needs to be checked with the store first so cannot be a hard rule. If the approval notification could be amended on an adhoc basis, you could give the customer the option at the point of approval and avoid back and forth via email.

Tracking by Account Number

As a user, I'd like the ability to pull in tracking numbers to my dashboard by parcel account number so that I can view all shipments assigned to a specific or multiple parcel accounts. For example I have 10 parcel accounts (4 with DHL and 6 with FedEx). I'd like the ability to utilize the parcel account number(s) instead of the API to pull in tracking associated with my parcel accounts.

Tags to alert merchants about combined orders.

In Shopify, merchants cannot identify which orders were combined in TTS. This will increase the risk of merchants repeatedly fulfil the same order items. To address this issue proactively, I would recommend that we introduce a hint or tag within Shopify to alert merchants about combined orders, thus avoid this situation from happening.

Preview and Explanation of Merchandising Strategies

While using personalization, I want to understand the actual product results generated by these algorithms and the reason behind the chosen product displays for shoppers. If I can preview the recommendation results in the admin, it would reduce uncertainty, ensure optimal outcomes, and improve my marketing strategies to boost conversions.

Ability to refund shipping automatically in the returns portal

Currently you can manually refund the shipping fee in the admin manually, but would like the ability for it to be automatic.

Include a SKU column - Returns Dashboard

It would be useful to have a Sku column amognst the list when editing the returns dashboard. The image of the item is useful but often the item is enclosed in a boxed which is marked with the sku. Therefore at first glance, the sku is seen before the physical item.

PUDO Report

Currently OTD report, reports the complete journey so the avereage time can fluctuate based on how long it takes for customers to collect their order. We need to report on the carrier performance and then the time it takes to collect. It would be good to have a PUDO report that breaks down : average transit time to collection point Average time waiting for collection If we expand our PUDO options in Europe it would be a good indication

Add the ability to upload a separate images for desktop and mobile header logos. An example of the what the UI could like like is below. Returns > Customizations > Returns page
