My idea is that when a shipment comes in from China to America,instead of each parcel going right to LAX through customs,each one should go to it's respective state and provence,every state has a sorting and customs center,it would just make it easier to make one stop instead of two or three on the way to the packages final point of delivery,

The background is that I sell my products on multiple marketplaces, and each has different return flows that the aftership Returns page cannot handle. It would be much easier if there is a Returns API that can meet my requirements below.   Need: - I need a Returns API to allow creating RMA/return requests without having to use the Returns Page to file it.  - I can call the API and pass the information regarding the Return Reason Resolution, etc in one go.  - Once I call this API, it will return creation in Pending or Auto-Approved Status.

The customer uses the SKU number to cross-reference their order confirmation or invoice, ensuring they select the correct item for return. The customer completes the return process with confidence that the correct item has been selected. Postconditions: The customer successfully returns the correct item without confusion. The support team receives fewer inquiries about mismatched returns. Benefits: For Customers: Improved user experience by reducing confusion when selecting items for return. Greater confidence in completing returns independently. For the Business: Reduced customer support requests related to returns. Increased efficiency in processing returns, minimizing errors caused by incorrect item selection. Priority: Medium – This enhancement has a high potential to improve customer satisfaction with a relatively low implementation effort. Technical Requirements: Modify the front-end display of the return portal to include SKU numbers as part of the product details. Ensure the SKU numbers are fetched and displayed consistently across all customer orders. This use case focuses on enhancing the clarity of the return process for customers while streamlining operational efficiency for the business.

As a merchant, I aim to provide Aftership with supplementary shipping documents for the creation of shipping labels. By submitting these additional documents to Aftership, they can be forwarded to the carrier during the label creation process within the carrier's system.   These shipping labels and accompanying documents are essential for shipping activities, particularly for cross-border customs declaration purposes.

Compared to AfterShip Tracking, Returns currently lacks key customization capabilities: * No page segmentation (by market, country, store, customer type, etc.) * No way to associate a return with a specific store * No configurable notification flows based on return status or parameters The absence of these settings significantly limits customization for clients and prevents them from offering tailored return experiences. Suggestion: Introduce advanced configuration options similar to Tracking, including: * Segmented return pages based on defined parameters * Store-level return association and rules * Conditional notification flows triggered by return events and attributes These improvements would greatly enhance flexibility, customer experience, and alignment across the AfterShip product suite.

I am the owner of a fashion company preparing to expand my business operations in the US. I have been utilizing Aftership EDD for some time now and I'm interested in learning how to configure my EDDs to accommodate multiple locations.   Specifically, I have two separate locations in Australia and the US where identical SKUs are stocked. In cases where a particular SKU is out of stock at the US location, I would like orders to be fulfilled using available stock from the AU location as a fallback option. I am seeking guidance on integrating this specific logic into my EDD settings.
