I work in the furniture industry with thousands of products and continuous new product listings.   Consumers often inquire about variations in materials and sizes between similar pieces of furniture, placing a significant burden on my support team. Generating comparison pages for every query we receive is unfeasible due to the volume of requests.   Given the potential of AI to suggest comparable items, could it also be leveraged to pinpoint disparities among products and present these distinctions to consumers? Such a system can alleviate my workload significantly and potentially reduce bounce rates as well.

The problem: We can't process a return without the item's serial number, and many merchants selling electronics, equipment or warranty-backed products are in the same position. The only option today is to make comments required on every return reason. Customers can type anything to get past it, so our team still has to chase missing or wrong serial numbers by hand, which slows down refunds for everyone. The request: Let merchants add custom fields for each item on the returns page, with: The option to make a field required before the return can be submitted Why it matters: Correct information at the point of submission means fewer bad returns, less admin, quicker refunds and happier customers. For instance, customers can quickly locate reviews based on size, incorporate images and videos, consider age, product characteristics, and the reviewer's recommendation status.

If you are working with many different returns in one day, there needs to be a quick way to copy information like in Shopify as example. Please reference the far right side of this image:

We would love to be able to see the return comment information our customers provide when returning items within the return reports we download. Our customers are using the comment box to describe the return reason in depth but this information is lost when it comes to dowloading the return reports.

Add the option to pay online ~ $2 at checkout for free returns and extended warranty later.    Add tags to people / allow different RMA flow for those who optin to this. 

Please add the shipping company ACI EXPRESS, which is based in South Korea. They have partnerships with multiple overseas shipping companies, and a lot of merchandise is being shipped through ACI Express to the USA and the Middle East, especially after the implementation of tariffs in the USA.
