We should be able to update the email address on the returns and warranty pages in case the cx is unable to access the default email.

Enable RMA Edits for Admin

After RMA is created, admin needs the ability to edit details of the return. Including: editing products on return editing customer email/address details add remove return fees prior to receipt of return Often customers will call and need a return label sent to a new email address or want to add or remove items on their return. Also, if items are returned that are not included the return must be canceled and reopened, which is a messy process that sends a ton of unneccessary emails to the customer.

PUDO Report

Currently OTD report, reports the complete journey so the avereage time can fluctuate based on how long it takes for customers to collect their order. We need to report on the carrier performance and then the time it takes to collect. It would be good to have a PUDO report that breaks down : average transit time to collection point Average time waiting for collection If we expand our PUDO options in Europe it would be a good indication

Fixed shipping fee for orders over $30.

I want all orders over $30 to show a shipping fee of only $2, because this is subsidized by TikTok.

Warranty product page to show discounts

Would like to be able to display any discount received, from the orginal order, on the product selection page in the warranty portal. If possible, the discount code that was used as well. Important: Discount amount and discount code should show in the AfterShip admin portal.

Eliminate Additional Fees for Carrier Integration – Improve Aftership for All Users

As a loyal Aftership customer, I am extremely disappointed to learn that integrating a new carrier requires an additional fee—a neither transparent nor customer-friendly policy. Carrier expansion should be a standard improvement to Aftership’s platform, not an extra cost passed onto paying customers. Why This Needs to Change: Improving Aftership Should Be Your Priority, Not an Upsell Adding new carriers benefits all Aftership users. Expanding carrier integrations should be part of Aftership’s ongoing development efforts, not a hidden fee imposed on individual customers. Hidden Costs Undermine Customer Trust Nowhere in Aftership’s pricing model is it clearly stated that carrier integration comes with additional fees. This lack of transparency frustrates users and creates an unexpected financial burden. Loyal Customers Deserve Better Customers who have trusted Aftership for their business operations should not have to pay extra to access a fundamental feature like carrier support. Proposed Solution: Aftership should eliminate extra fees for new carrier integrations and invest in expanding its platform instead of charging individual users. This would be part of its commitment to improving service for all customers. Clear, upfront disclosure of costs should be required if Aftership maintains this fee structure. If Aftership truly values its customers, this change must ensure a fair, transparent, and customer-centric experience.

"Back Button" on RC Portal is not clear or prominent enough

The “Back” button on the RC portal is not obvious or prominent enough. It is too hard to find and blends into the page.

SMS opt in at customer level

As a retailer, it would be great if customer preferences can be collected and determine whether to send an SMS notification based on the subscription status synchronized via API. Moreover, a customer-facing page that allows users to manage their preferences would be even better. We would love to communicate more with our shoppers, which will efficiently improve our customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Tracking dynamic updates for Emails

I guess for shipping emails sent out to my customers, it would be nice to have dynamic info that updates as the package progresses through the network. I also want all my existing emails to stay current. The reason is simply that I wanna give my customers a unified experience by delivering consistent messages to them. I believe this will help with my customer satisfaction.

Add the option to pay online ~ $2 at checkout for free returns and extended warranty later. Add tags to people / allow different RMA flow for those who optin to this.
