Title: Integrate ParcelApp for Unified Tracking – One Tracking Number for Multiple Carriers

Mario Labault
March 3, 2025 at 10:27 pm
Description: Aftership is a powerful tracking solution, but one major limitation is its inability to seamlessly track shipments handled by multiple carriers under a single tracking number. This creates gaps in tracking visibility, especially for cross-border shipments, multi-leg deliveries, or packages transferred between courier services. Why Aftership Needs ParcelApp Integration ParcelApp is a cutting-edge tracking solution that can consolidate multiple carrier updates into a single tracking number, ensuring a continuous, uninterrupted tracking experience—something Aftership currently lacks. Integrating ParcelApp into Aftership would provide several benefits: One Tracking Number, Full Visibility Many shipments pass through multiple carriers (e.g., a package starts with FedEx, then transfers to USPS). ParcelApp aggregates tracking data across different couriers, allowing customers to track their shipments without needing multiple tracking numbers or checking different carrier websites. Eliminate Tracking Gaps & Improve Accuracy Currently, when a package changes carriers, Aftership often loses visibility until the new carrier scans the shipment. With ParcelApp’s integration, tracking would remain consistent, even if the carrier changes mid-transit. Essential for Cross-Border and Dropshipping Businesses Global commerce relies on multi-carrier logistics. Many eCommerce sellers and dropshipping businesses depend on third-party logistics providers (3PLs) that transfer packages between multiple carriers before final delivery. ParcelApp ensures that customers don’t lose visibility just because a package has switched to a new courier. Enhanced Customer Experience & Reduced Support Inquiries When customers see tracking gaps, they flood support teams with "Where is my order?" questions. By integrating ParcelApp, Aftership can provide end-to-end tracking accuracy, reducing customer frustration and cutting down unnecessary support requests. Proposed Solution: Integrate ParcelApp (https://parcelsapp.com/) directly into Aftership’s tracking system to allow shipments with multiple carriers to be tracked under a single tracking number. Ensure that ParcelApp's multi-carrier tracking capabilities work seamlessly within Aftership’s dashboard, API, and branded tracking pages. Offer this as a standard feature for all Aftership users, as it enhances the core value of Aftership by improving tracking consistency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. By adding this integration, Aftership would take a huge leap forward in solving a major pain point for businesses and customers alike, making it an even more indispensable tracking solution in the logistics and eCommerce space.

Personalized discount display rule

Lucas Scott

So, as a seller who often runs campaigns, I would love to have a cool discount setup that can be customized based on how customers behave.   For example, I could keep discounts hidden for shoppers with shopping carts over $1,000 but display them for those who have smaller carts, so that they would shop more to get a better discount.   This strategy can be effectively applied to our product recommendations, enhancing conversion rates and boosting average order values.

Email Updates Box - Complaints from Customers

Victoria Lomax
October 30, 2026 at 10:21 am
Hi,   We have AfterShip built into our BigCommerce store by default. I'm not sure who to reach out to, so I would appreciate if you could please direct this to the appropriate department for me. We have received several customer complaints that when they check their shipment tracking information, they are finding the information in the orange box in the attachment misleading. Basically, where there is an option to enter your email address for delivery updates, next to it, it shows examples such as out for delivery, delivered. A lot of customers have seen this and genuinely thought that is the tracking information. More so on mobile devices, where the screen is smaller, so unless they scroll, the actual tracking is not visible. They’ve then contacted us, as their order has not been delivered and then complained that the information is confusing. Is it possible to redesign this to ensure it’s less misleading, even if it's just really boring and is a box to enter the email?   I appreciate you taking the time to consider this. Happy to assist if you need any further information. Kind regards, Vicky

As simple as it sounds, please make this box resizable, when working on long notes it's a bit cumbersome to navigate and visualize the text in this tiny input field. Thank you for your attention!

Display Order ID and RMA ID in the Return Status Section of the Return Summary Page

Femy Elizabeth Biju
July 15, 2026 at 5:14 am
Background On the Return Summary page, the Return Status section is commonly used to display shipping instructions that guide customers on how to return their items. As part of these instructions, customers are often required to include both their RMA ID and Order ID with the return shipment so that the warehouse and processing teams can identify and process the return correctly. Currently, the RMA ID is only displayed at the top of the page, and the Order ID is not prominently visible within the Return Status section. Requested Enhancement Add configurable fields within the Return Status section of the Return Summary page to display: * Order ID * RMA ID These fields should be displayed alongside the shipping instructions and return status details, making them easily accessible to customers while preparing and packaging their return shipment. We are open to any placement within the Return Summary page that provides clear visibility and easy access to these details. Business Use Case Our client specifically requested this enhancement because their return instructions ask customers to include the RMA ID and Order ID with the return package. Having these details displayed directly within the Return Status section would: * Improve visibility of important return information. * Reduce customer confusion when preparing returns. * Eliminate the need for customers to search for these details elsewhere on the page. * Help ensure return shipments contain the correct identification information. * Improve operational efficiency and reduce return processing delays. Expected Outcome Customers can quickly locate the required Order ID and RMA ID in the same section where they view their shipping instructions, resulting in a smoother and more user-friendly return experience. Thank you for considering this enhancement. We believe it would benefit merchants who require customers to include reference identifiers with returned packages and would improve the overall returns experience.

Add Walmart Seller MCF as a Feed Connection

Megan Bailey
March 20, 2026 at 3:17 pm
Hello,  We currently use AfterShip Feed to connect our Amazon Seller account to TikTok Shop. But it would be fantastic to be able to also connect with Walmart Seller's MCF. It would allow even greater reach of products on more sales channels.
