I work in the furniture industry with thousands of products and continuous new product listings.   Consumers often inquire about variations in materials and sizes between similar pieces of furniture, placing a significant burden on my support team. Generating comparison pages for every query we receive is unfeasible due to the volume of requests.   Given the potential of AI to suggest comparable items, could it also be leveraged to pinpoint disparities among products and present these distinctions to consumers? Such a system can alleviate my workload significantly and potentially reduce bounce rates as well.

Some customers enter +1 before their phone number when requesting a return or exchange. This causes the shipping label to fail to generate and creates frustration for the customer and extra work for me. I would like the system to correct the phone number to allow successful label generation.

Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. Would like to be able to display any discount received, from the orginal order, on the product selection page in the warranty portal. If possible, the discount code that was used as well. Important: Discount amount and discount code should show in the AfterShip admin portal.  

Expose an REST API for creating Warranty Claims.

We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! I would like to include the RMA number barcode on the returns label. This way, upon receiving the returns label at my warehouse, I can simply scan the barcode to retrieve the RMA number. Subsequently, I can use this number to efficiently locate the corresponding RMA information within the returns system. This process will significantly enhance the operational efficiency of our RMA procedures.

A notification to give the customer the opportunity to change their requested ship date. This allows wineries to change the date without re-directing.  Using the RSD and sending a notification 3 days or so before. 

I am using the API for Zoho Inventory integration with Aftership. I would like the items on the shipping order of Zoho Inventory displayed on the shipment items of the email notifications to my customers. The shipments are created within Zoho Inventory and tracked by Aftership.

Currently you can manually refund the shipping fee in the admin manually, but would like the ability for it to be automatic.
