Suggestion: Add Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) Support for Malaysia   Hi,   I would like to suggest adding Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) as a supported courier/carrier on your app and website.   Lazada Express is the official delivery courier used by Lazada in Malaysia, similar to how SPX Express / Shopee Express is the official courier for Shopee. Many Lazada shipments in Malaysia are handled by LEX, so having direct tracking support would be very useful for Malaysian users.   The official LEX Malaysia tracking website is: https://lex.com.my/   For testing purposes, you can use these example tracking numbers:   LXST191548638MY MYMPA257159996   I hope you can consider implementing Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) support soon. As Lazada is widely used in Malaysia, I believe many users would appreciate being able to add and track their LEX shipments directly through your app and website instead of having to visit the LEX website separately.   Thank you for considering this suggestion. As simple as it sounds, please make this box resizable, when working on long notes it's a bit cumbersome to navigate and visualize the text in this tiny input field. Thank you for your attention!

Hello to Aftership team, I am from Fabricdekho.com. I am here to write a request for providing a return request  button along with seller approval so that return could be the easy process. As return is a difficult process as of now. Customer need to request again n agian to seller. We should work on this so we can ease the process of return.   Thanks.

I have an online store I frequently order from, and for whatever reason I often (... or perhaps always? haven't double checked) end up with duplicates of my order tracked in the Aftership app.  From inspecting the latest such occurrence, this seems to be because the tracking number the seller gets and shares with me in their emails differs from the tracking numbers in my Fedex Delivery Manager notifications.  However, the tracking numbers clearly lead to information about the same package, so ideally the app would be smart enough to realize that and deduplicate them.

I'd like to log an enhancement request for the Tracking page editor. Currently the section where we add social media connectors is limited in connection options. Specifically for Instagram (which is a really cool feature) the only way to connect is using our own credentials (user name/password login). This is an unacceptable option as it exposes us to being hacked and is a security concern obviously. The better way to do this is via Instagram's API connection: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-platform. Can you please log that as a high priority enhancement request? Should we decided to stay with AfterShip, this will be a critical branding requirement.
