Add the option to pay online ~ $2 at checkout for free returns and extended warranty later.    Add tags to people / allow different RMA flow for those who optin to this. 

We want the feature for referral program page through which we can dedicated referr to the customers and one affiliate program for our influencer through which they can track their progress and commisions. 

We want the ability to display shipping reviews to front end customers/users to give them social proof and increase conversion rates. Fast, cheap, convenient and reliable delivery helps to boost conversion rates, especially when you're entering a new market and trying to build brand awareness/trust. It also helps to get customers who are used to visiting your retail stores to shift to shopping online instead of just going in to a store. Currently, shipping reviews are only available to back end users and internal teams in the aftership portal, but we want to be able to have a customisable widget that we can display on places like the homepage, PDPs, information pages like shipping & delivery info pages etc... We can pick and choose or set up rules to automate showing a handful of reviews related to the shipping customer experience.

Items + return reasons are not clearly highlighted/shown as selected, during the Return Request flow on the RC portal.    Request: During the return flow more clearly define that an item/return resolution is selected. i.e. have text say “Selected” or have the box change colour when an item/resolution is selected beyond just the black box. 

Can we get an option to automatically restock the item based on resolution, not just when received. We still need to process, and inspect the item before we issue the refund, and we can't have our inventory adjusted upon recept. Thanks!

Is it possible to increase the bulk search limit from 50? We often have to peform bulk search a number of times to retrieve the data that we're looking. 

Allow me to still refund if I choose even if the return request has expired. Now I have to recreate the return request making more work for me.

Titles should update with count of items in the section so you know it's updating and should be clicked on.

We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! When a warranty is approved, you can choose to include an label. In the “Warranty claim approved” email, there is no ability to account for this decision. We would need to add an ability to have wording around a label being included as well as a label not being included. Below is an example email we have now.   Two ways this could be addressed: 1. Split this notification into 2 notifications: “Warranty claim approved - with label” and “Warranty claim approved - no label”. 2. Add Flows to Warranties with Split functionality for generated labels.
