I'd like to log an enhancement request for the Tracking page editor. Currently the section where we add social media connectors is limited in connection options. Specifically for Instagram (which is a really cool feature) the only way to connect is using our own credentials (user name/password login). This is an unacceptable option as it exposes us to being hacked and is a security concern obviously. The better way to do this is via Instagram's API connection: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-platform. Can you please log that as a high priority enhancement request? Should we decided to stay with AfterShip, this will be a critical branding requirement.

Suggestion: Add Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) Support for Malaysia   Hi,   I would like to suggest adding Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) as a supported courier/carrier on your app and website.   Lazada Express is the official delivery courier used by Lazada in Malaysia, similar to how SPX Express / Shopee Express is the official courier for Shopee. Many Lazada shipments in Malaysia are handled by LEX, so having direct tracking support would be very useful for Malaysian users.   The official LEX Malaysia tracking website is: https://lex.com.my/   For testing purposes, you can use these example tracking numbers:   LXST191548638MY MYMPA257159996   I hope you can consider implementing Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) support soon. As Lazada is widely used in Malaysia, I believe many users would appreciate being able to add and track their LEX shipments directly through your app and website instead of having to visit the LEX website separately.   Thank you for considering this suggestion. Enhance Aftership’s functionality by integrating with Royal Mail, one of the leading postal services in the UK. This integration would allow users to track shipments directly through Aftership, providing seamless tracking updates, improved user experience, and broader carrier support. This feature would be particularly valuable for e-commerce businesses that frequently use Royal Mail for deliveries.

When utilizing an HTML email editor, I aim to display and personalize shipment or order items within my tracking notifications.   This feature would allow shoppers to conveniently view their purchases directly in the email, thereby improving customer satisfaction.

The current capability features a static returns approval notification. There are instances where the approval notification should be customized before being sent to the customer. Currently, the only way of doing this is to change the approval notification for all returns, save, go back to the RMA in question, approve it with the new notification, make sure no other returns are approved, go back to the nofication and amend it to how it was prior and save.   Use case: there may be a specific product that is available for exchange in store, this needs to be checked with the store first so cannot be a hard rule. If the approval notification could be amended on an adhoc basis, you could give the customer the option at the point of approval and avoid back and forth via email.

Hi, I hope you can include a column where users can also see "WHEN" the order arrived in customs clearance and "WHEN" it was released. I am referring to ALL orders, not just the delayed orders.

 I just started using the app today and overall I do like it, but I have a few minor suggestions. 1. A compact mode: right now the list of tracking numbers/packages is very spread out. Consolidating it would make it look cleaner, IMO. 2. Allow me to put tags on them, custom or otherwise. For example I have a few incoming packages and a few outgoing ones. It would be nice to add tags to differentiate them and also filter by them if needed. Hopefully that made sense. Thank you.

Currently the aftership is one way communication making it diffucult for business to see integrated full status at one place again when customer login to their shopify page they see status of item still on the way as shopify stops at fullfilled stge. Though the track order option by Aftership is good it is still a bad customer experience.

When using the mobile App, currently shipments remain visible in the tracking list even after they have been delivered. Over time, this can make the main tracking screen feel cluttered, especially for users who receive a large number of packages. It would be very helpful to have an option to: - Archive delivered shipments manually, or - Automatically move delivered shipments to an archive after a certain period of time. This would allow users to keep their active tracking list clean and focused on packages that are still in transit, while still retaining access to past deliveries when needed.   Thank you,
